Pure and clean;
This is a very good source of magnesium ,pure ,clean with no additives or capsule shells.It helps with relaxation and sleep .The only downside is the taste which is expected as this is not a flavored magnesium,this is pure original taste.Personally I don’t mind the taste ,I drink it down and forget about the taste .one has the option to add it to juices if you wish ,but then there are many other brands with flavored options.

رغم ان المنتج كويس ولو تلاحظوا كمية الماغنيسيوم المثالية لكل جرعة، وتقارنوها بالكبسولات، فهذا المكمل يفوز بالتوفير والكمية، لكن اكبر مشكلة واجهتني هي الطعم والشعور بعد البلع، اذا تقدر تتحمل الطعم فأنت محظوظ، انا لم اتقبل لا الطعم ولا الشعور بعد البلع اللي يجي فالحلق. نصيحتي جمع شوية واشتري الكبسولات، صحيح اقل فائدة وأقل كمية وتحتوي مكونات إضافية زايدة، لكن الصراحة الطعم عائق كبير

Figured out the taste problem
I underestimated how bad this stuff tastes. Most reviews seem to be exaggerated. Mentions of how bad this stuff tastes are not exaggerated at all! I tried with some orange juice, but it's not real oj, it's the light stuff. It didn't help. I drink the squeeze bottle water enhancers a lot (like crystal light), so I put this into an insulted travel mug that I always drink out of, with the water enhancer. I put a lot of ice in it, give it a bit extra squirts of the flavor, and then put a decent amount lime juice into it. Then I shake it a little each time I drink it, because the stuff does settle pretty quickly. I think the ice helps shake it up better. It's actually not bad at all this way. I can taste the difference from just the crystal light stuff, but it's not worse, just a little bit different.

SUPER BAD TASTE
I heard some people talking about the taste but I said nah I've tried alot of products with bad taste I can just close my nose and consume it but that didn't work I've never taste something that bad, I let my sister try it and she throw up,it might be really useful tho if you wanna throw up idk
