Invero Elegant and Modern Circular Wall Clock Finished In Black and Rose Gold - 30 cm Diameter

Good looking clock, the front is glass (not plastic), and the rose gold surround is painted plastic but once on the wall this isn't obvious, and keeps it quite light in weight for hanging. The face of the clock isn't printed but made from black plastic with moulded raised divisions that are painted, so it should last a long time.The clock description states it is silent, it certainly is not and has the same cheap quartz ticking movement as most other quartz clocks. If you are buying this thinking it will not tick due to the description, then think again, the description is wrong or they have since changed the design.I've replaced the quartz movement for a radio controlled one which still ticks but is much quieter and not really noticeable. You could also replace the movement with a standard sweeping second hand type if you wished, of course you need to be happy doing that, and it puts the cost up, but if the design is what you want that is an option.I've marked it down to 3 stars because the description is wrong and the included movement is not silent.

The product looked fine but some clown at Amazon put a clock with a glass face in an ordinary paper bag with no padding so surprise it arrived broken and I had to send it back
