Is this Fortnum and Mason tea decaf?

It does not say that it is decaf on the package. However, it does not contain either black or green tea, just herbal teas so I would say that it is decaf. I always buy herbal teas under the assumption that they are decaf because of my blood pressure and so far I didn't have any issues with this tea.

Why is this product priced so high? its 10 gbp on the fortnum and mason website. is it just one tin of tea or more then one tin of tea?

You can order the same tea from Williams-Sonoma for $20.95...but then they want to charge $6.99 for shipping. You could buy it in the store and save the shipping. Buying it from Fortnum & Mason incurs international shipping which is upwards of $25 USD.
