It fits perfectly and has really made me feel safe bringing my tablet to work with me. I loved the thinner case I had on my previous tablet but it only took one time for my toddler to knock it out of my hands an crack the screen, so I decided to go with something more protective this time. So this one is a little bulky but the trade off is worth it to know it will not break so easily. It has a removable stand/cover...that part will snap over the front of the screen to act as a cover if you are putting it into a purse or backpack, and you can snap it off and use it as a stand to prop up the tablet to watch videos. You can prop it in the stand in landscape or portrait angle. The built in screen protector is a little different that what I'm used to having but I haven't had any issues with the touchscreen still being easy to use. I will say the case is pretty difficult to open up to put your tablet into it or take it out, but that's probably a good thing because it is so well protected. And there really is no reason to take it in and out of the case very often anyway. It has little covers over all of the ports that open easily to connect your usb cable to charge or to connect your headphones. And it's nice that those ports are covered when not in use to prevent dust from getting in. I had a hard time finding a case this protective in a nice color for this tablet, most are just black, so I was also pleased that this OtterBox came in a nice shade of pink. I definitely recommend this case and plan to use Otterbox for future devices. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Don't like it looks poor quality *by K***C on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on February 9, 2015* I like the Ballastic case but for Samsung Galaxy S Tab 8.4 I didn't find any from this brand. So I ordered OtterBox. I didn't care the color it was the last one and I really needed one case and didn't have time to find different color. So the pink is the same pink what you can see on the picture I don't complain about the color. I got what I ordered however it wasn't my favorite color but it was okay. I had problem with the screen protector because it was scratched. I was sad because a high quality product usually has a foil (sealed) on the screen protector too. This one didn't have and I didn't know because it was a returned one or this was the way how it arrives usually. Unfortunately I can't use the cover without the screen protector. It is built in the white part. The Ballastic case let me decide to use the screen protector or not. I wasn't satisfied with front cover. It's a kind of big and the stand part is inside which doesn't seem a good solution would be better outside. This one make the case soo wide and weird looking and I always worry what is happening inside. Without the top cover the case looks okay. I got discount from Amazon because of the scratches on the screen but I will order a Ballastic case as soon as it will be available (and of course if their case will be the same than their other cases). This case was an emergency solution and it helped to keep my Tab in safe while I was traveling but needed too much space in my backpack. The other problem at home I never use the top because it is too weird to put it on and take off and make it too big. I'm not able to put in my purse with the top. :( So I tried to like it but I really don't. Ports are protected but easily accessible, buttons work well. The built in screen protector works just fine as a second layer on top of one already attached to my device, doesn't affect sensitivity or diffuse the image on screen. Stand works impressively well, and the thicker section of the case can be snapped on over the front for protection when throwing into a bag or over the back for an extra layer of protection in case you drop it while using it.
