Excellent digestive!

I am 61 and was following the KETO diet for 2 years. I went off and started following WW eating fruits, veges, carbs and lots of high fiber foods. It was hell for 2 months until I found this. I have NEVER had a problem with gas and my body did not like ANYTHING, including yogurt, beans, veges & especially eggs! Forget it! I started taking the Critical Digestion 1 1/2 weeks ago and I am better than normal. NO MORE GAS, no more waking up with gas, no more going to the restroom 5 times a day!! A life saver! I also tried MAV Nutrition Digestive Enzymes & Probiotics, Natures Craft Apple Cider Vinegar Pills, Beano, Gas-X and what a waste of time and money! NOTHING ELSE WORKED! I did a lot of research trying to find a less expensive but effective digest enzyme, couldn't find one better than this brand. Enzyme tablets are developed for different issues, my issue is from having my gallbladder removed and this Digestive Enzyme formula has helped.

It works. This along with the Digest Gold series are among the best enzymes out there. Except these might be a little stronger. I have been in hell with leaky gut/constipation for almost two years and this really helps me break down my food without a lot of discomfort and burning. I got off of it once to try a different brand and boy do I regret that. The minute I got back on these I felt better again. If you are fed up with everything else you've tried, give this a go. This is the one my naturopath sells and she doesn't play around when it comes to her stock of supplements.

I started using this product as a recommendation from my Natural Path and I cannot live without it. With all the bad stuff in our food chain it is difficult to digest the food which causes heartburn, reflex, Gluten & Dairy intolerance along with upset and gas. Taking this product with my meals as made a huge difference in my digest system. The only drawback is that I cannot get this in Canada anymore so have to order to pick up in the US.

Feels like it's causing more gas bloating and cramps. I gave it a 3 because I don't have constipation anymore. Maybe 1 pill a day is just too strong for my system 😕 😳
