Fantastic product! First off you do need an air compressor to use this. The compressor I have came with a standard set of tire filler attachments. I replaced the current car tire filler with the new AstroAI Digital Tire inflator and used it to top off the tires on both our cars. What a change!! Previously I would put in some air into the tire, then detach, hook up an air pressure gage to see what the new pressure was, then put more air in, repeat, repeat, repeat. Now with the AstroAI inflator I can see the tire pressure once I stop filling the tire without detaching. The spring-loaded catch on the tire connector works great. It holds the filler onto the tire stem so you don't have to constantly push the filler against the tire stem. It also connects much easier with virtually no air loss from the tire (unlike the old filler). The on-off air pressure filler switch also works great for adding and stopping putting air into your tire from the compressor. In order to get an accurate tire pressure you need to stop adding air, which is very easy with the on-off handle switch. During air addition to the tire the pressure reads high due to the higher pressure of the air coming in from the compressor. The air release button also works great. Filling tires is now 10 times easier, quicker, and far more accurate with this system. I used it on my bicycle as well. Previously due to the higher pressure needed for bike tires it was VERY difficult to engage the old filler onto the stem. I actually had to use a pair of pliers to hold the stem in order to push hard enough to put air into the tire. What a pain. The new AstroAI filler also works great here as well. While the spring locking catch didn't fully engage on my bike tire stem (the threaded section wasn't long enough), it still worked much better than the old system. Same advantages as outlined above for filling a car tire. I'm extremely impressed and happy with this device. 5 stars all the way.

This is so much easier than a normal air chuck and pressure gauge and totally worth the purchase. The first one I received was mis-callibrated and gave a wrong reading compared to my car, but after talking with customer service they sent me another one rather quickly. The new one is much more accurate.

What a great find! The inflator itself is a well-built and engineered inflator that significantly helps you with small and quick tasks to inflate a tire. I cannot begin to tell you how many times I have had to pump up bike tires or even car tires, and it can be a pain to inflate, disconnect, check air pressure, reconnect, inflate, then disconnect, then check air pressure, realize you put too much air in it, swear a couple times, let some air out, check air pressure again, realize you let out too much air, reconnect, inflate some more, disconnect, check air pressure, needs some more air, reconnect, inflate some more, only to realize you inflated too much, again. Does that about sum it up? Yes, this product is a must have for anyone that has an air compressor. I spent years doing the above until finally I wanted to fork over the cash to end up with one of these, and it has been a life-saver! Not only is the LCD screen large and easy to read, but surprisingly accurate with a quick display of pressure. Lag time is minimum, and have been using for well over a month and battery still going very strong. Kit comes with a couple of extras, but I would not bother with them too much. Better to use some higher quality Teflon tape and possible a Universal connect, this one is either Industrial or Automotive (best to stick with Universal). Brass and rubber hosing used is of good caliper and easily takes a pressure of up to 150psi, the size my compressor is able to achieve. Have had no apparent problems, and would recommend as a good find. Only issue I have is of the packaging; it is in a small box with virtually no support or brace. Everything flies around inside. I luckily landed a good unit, but I am not sure of other units with parts that are freely floating in the box. I recommend to improve the product, to improve the packaging. Insert some foam supports or put all extra parts in one bag so it does not shake around. Otherwise, excellent tire inflator! Good luck!!

the tire gauge works great and is spot on for correct psi a real bonus for filling large capacity tires with out having to hold inflator

Great tire gauge. Very accurate. Metal body. Quality parts. Locks on stem. Electronic meter uses Aaa batteries. Easy to read and adjust with bleed valve. Don’t have to hold on hose and can read in low light. I’m buying a 2 nd for another location….

Delivered early, Jeep runs much better and the wires are numbered and look great.
