Does this conform to the shape of your eye? I have had some that are too stiff and uncomfortable
How long do you heat it in a microwave and on what temperature. There is no temp on back of package as stated on back of package.
Are both sides plastic? I've seen others with one plastic side and one cloth side. Seller needs to add more pics!

Very easy to use, even when travelling
Extremely handy, especially if one has access to a microwave to heat it up gently, efficient and comfortable to wear. Swiftly available when ordered and long-lasting (I am on my second one in three years). I have to use it in heated mode, as advised by my ophthalmologist, but it is equally useful if needed as a cold mask.

A Spa for your eyes
Had an eyelid operation - this product was absolutely brilliant for after care. At first, I was nervous about using it. But, it is wonderful. I remove it from the freezer and let it stand for a minute then place it over the eyes. It cools, calms the skin and eyes and helps healing. Don’t put the band around your head if you have had surgery - just lie back and gently press the ‘mask’ over the eyes. I don’t use the band - but without it - it is amazing.

My husband was advised to get this for his blepharitis and dry eye issues . He pops it in the microwave and applies it to the eye region.He is very happy with it and it appears to be doing the job. It is well made and hasn't burst or leaked . Apparently you can apply it warm or cold .
