Balsam Lane Christmas Porcelain Mug Set for 4, 12oz

Love these mugs, will continue to use them through the winter. First set arrived damaged, but they sent me out new ones right away, no problem. The handles are somewhat thin, so be careful not clinking them around.

Loved these so much, I ordered a set for my sister to have. Moderate size, beautiful design, quality feel. Would recommend!

I love this pattern and all of my other plates arrived intact but one of these mugs had the handle broken off during shipping. As I don’t want to return and risk more arriving broken last time, I’m considering it my sacrifice to the shipping gods. Judging by the way it was packaged inside the manufacturer’s box, the breakage was due to poor internal protection and tough handling by the USPS. So be warned if you order the mugs that you may need to use superglue to fix one.

I love these mugs. The art work on it is absolutely gorgeous. I just wish they could be larger mugs.

I ordered these because the colors matched what I was looking for, however, they do not hold 12 oz. They hold 8 oz., if you don’t want to spill or need to add cream etc. If you prefer black tea or coffee then you can fit 10 oz in the cup and sip very carefully. When I poured 12 oz of water into the cup to check it that water poured over the side. Ideal for a small cup of hot tea or coffee. They are dainty, handle is very thin. But they are very pretty. I’m not sure of durability yet as I just got them. They are purely decorative at this point because my family prefers hot cocoa with lots of marshmallows in larger mugs, like the 17 oz mugs in the photos for comparison.

Not as advertized; mug does not hold more than 6-7 oz so faulty advertising by lenox. Same is true for the one with tree on handle. Very disappointed in quality as well as it will not keep coffee hot
