It's just an ok sprocket
The laser cut leaves some wavy/roughness inside of the teeth where the chain makes contact. They could have left some stock around the outside edges from the laser cut, then run a finish pass on a CNC machine, and that would be good! Maybe I should make my own high quality brand of sprockets :D.
