Having a little oxygen in your balloon will enable the confetti to hold static and it will stick to the sides much more easily! Once your confetti-filled balloon is inflated, our favorite way to create some really good static is by rubbing the balloon quickly with a piece of fleece. (Hair, carpeting, or faux fur should work too.) Please note that how well the confetti sticks is dependent on conditions like humidity and temperature, but creating static will help combat these conditions! Additionally, a TINY bit of regular water, sugar water, or hairspray (so it is sticky) can be added to the balloon when you are blowing it up. This will also encourage the confetti to stick; however there may be some streaking on the inside of the balloon. We don't find it terribly noticeable, but please judge for yourself. NOTE: Helium balloon is sensitive to temperature change, DONOT expose to the sun with no shelter for a long time. Although the balloons are bound to have a mild smell of latex, the smell is in no way harmful to your health. We however strongly advice that you only inflate these balloons with a pump. Away from heat and direct sunburn which would reduce the last time or even burst. ## Features - Giant Clear Helium Balloons - Glitter Gold Metallic Confetti Latex Balloons - Glitter Gold Party Confetti Balloons Set including 4pcs 36 inch giant jumbo clear latex balloons with foil gold confetti inside. We tried to use a helium tank ... *by C***O on August 2, 2018* These were a hit! They were super cute. We tried to use a helium tank from wal-mart and they seemed to be to heavy . So we took them to be filled at a store. You may need to prepare yourself to have them filled somewhere. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does not blow up with helium :/ *by A***R on November 1, 2018* Got the mini red hearts. You cannot use helium with these balloons. Really bummed and I wish I knew that before buying :( gave it 4 stars because they work for blowing into and are good balloons. Just wished they took to helium. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cute! *by K***U on October 9, 2018* These were so cute! I had to stick in a long rod to inflate them myself. I think they are made for helium but I just wanted to fill them with air. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/103120050-glitter-gold-round-confetti-balloons-36-inch-clear-latex-helium](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/103120050-glitter-gold-round-confetti-balloons-36-inch-clear-latex-helium) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-22*
