The down low
I NEVER leave reviews because I've never had issues with products or feel the need to make something known... In this case where all the reviews are slightly conflicting I feel like I should. I normally wear a size 9.5 in athletic shoes AND heels. A size 10 is usually too big, and a size 9 is too small. I have medium width feet... probably closer on the width spectrum to a wide foot rather than narrow. In this case I bought a 10. My toes don't overhang and actually have about 3/4 of space between the tip to my toe. I'm sure a 9.5 would have been perfect if it existed. I was unsure when buying these shoes because this company seems to create a lot of other heels with very off shoe sizing, and even though this one seemed to have the best reviews with some people saying the size fit as expected, I was still wary. My heels arrived today and I quickly opened the box (which was in fine condition) and pulled them out. As soon as I put them on I noticed the tight and narrow front, but after you wiggle into them the vinyl gives a bit. After about 10 minutes of wearing them I noticed my baby toes feeling like the life was being sucked out of them. It's vinyl... what can you expect! But here's the tip no one seems to share... you can stretch out vinyl to actually being comfortable. Just grab your hairdryer and blow warm air on the tight strap for a few seconds until its soft and quickly place your foot in them. Keep them on for a minimum of 20mins while standing in them (so your weight is all in the ball of your foot keeping the vinyl stretched). Presto! Perfect competition shoes that are as comfortable as you're ever going to get!

Poor Quality
I had to return the heels as they appear different in person than online. Not only is the material a cheap quality but the heels are very uncomfortable and the size is not accurate. I ordered a size 7 and they fit extremely tight almost felt like a 6. Also, upon returning, I was charged a restocking fee equivalent to the amount of the shoe for no reason. Amazon was gracious enough to approve my A to Z claim and even refunded me back more for my time. If you are looking for a good quality shoe buy elsewhere.

Would purchase again
Bought these for my first bikini competition. They’re plain, but that was ok since I relied on my suit and jewelry for the pizzazz. These are good if you have normal-skinny feet, I wouldn’t recommend them for a wide foot. At first, my feet WOULD NOT fit in. I read the reviews stating to use the hair dryer trick. I skipped the hair dryer trick and just wore 2 socks and FORCED my foot in. Took a few wears before in started to budge. I would wear these daily with 2 pairs of socks to break them in into the perfect fit, and ditched the socks afterwards so they wouldn’t get too loose. It took a few posing sessions until they judged, but I didn’t mind because I prefer it to be snug and not have my toes dangling. I strut in these for 4 months until it was show day. The heel height (5”) can seem intimidating, and did feel really tall at first, but I definitely got used to them after a few wears. They worked great for show day, no twisting ankles or slips. These are great because my toes didn’t hang over the edges like most of other competitors seemed to have happening. Great for the price point! I’d definitely purchase again. They fit true to size (length- wise, just had to break-in to my desired snugness) (PS, I won in these lol)

They do the job for figure competitions
Are these shoes comfortable? NO! But are we in the business of comfort? (I hope you're answer is no). We're in the business of painful workouts and weeks of dieting. I think we can manage a few minutes in these shoes. Why go through the pain? Because they're still better and more comfortable than the other porn-esque shoes out there. Pros: -They don't slip on the bottom. This is a HUGE bonus when you're on a potentially slippery stage or walking on people's tan and oil spills backstage. -They have a soft, cushy lining for the ball of your foot as well. This prevents your feet from slipping inside of the shoe - with sweat and tanning products this may happen. -The plastic strap around your foot has little air holes for your sweaty feet. Nice! CONS -The plastic part that covers your toes is better than a thin strap that digs into your feet. However, it is still far too tight. I usually wear a 9.5 and I orders a 10. I have narrow feet. The strap is so tight that my skin turns white from the pressure. Again, this is better than the converse scenario, where the strap is too loose and you slip everywhere. So, just wear these around the house while you practice posing to loosen them a little. -The strap that goes around my ankle is built for people with larger ankles. I had to add holes for the doo-hicky to go into. This is odd, because the shoes was clearly not made for ladies with wide feet, but seems to be perfect for ladies with larger ankles. Oh, well, it's not hard to add a hole on the strap.

You get what you pay for.
I ordered half a size bigger because the reviews said they were generally too small. I thought "oh, the plastic part will stretch with heat". It does a little. But I realized the reason people are saying they're too small is the extremely thin sole. My last two toes totally hang off the shoe (and it's now too long bc I ordered half a size up hoping for it to be wider). I've seen others order this shoe and their complaints are the same - didn't know this til after I ordered. The ankle strap is also very chunky and too large around, even on the tightest whole. I wouldn't buy this brand again, and will be looking for a more practical shoe for stage. That being said, the sole is pretty cushioned, and it might be great for someone with very skinny feet.

I bought these for a bikini competition last year. Although they are narrow you just need to warm them up with a hair dryer to shape them to your foot (wear a sock). I usually wear a size 5, but opted for a 6. I feel like they were a true size 6, but still fit because of the strap. They were comfortable and I will be wearing them for any future shows I do.

These look the part but are so unbelievably tight and narrow. Maybe my fault for not sizing up. I'm still trying to stretch them for a future bodybuilding show. If unsuccessful, I'll end up buying from a more expensive and well known brand which is what I was trying to avoid. I went and bought 2 different styles as well...

Están súper bonitas, cómodas, excelente presentación como las mandan bien protegidas y llego antes de lo esperado! Además del SÚPER Precio. Nota: el empeine si esta para pie delgado por lo cual yo no batallé pero nada que un poco de calor no solucione
