Your food wouldn't be safe sitting in a crock pot all night, unless it was cooking all night and ready in the morning. You could get the ingredients ready inside the pot at night and put the pot in the fridge, then quickly cook using pressure cook feature in the am.

Hi Jimmy, yes the 8qt should work fine with a 15amp plug. We recommend ensuring your home electrical system is 120v as it may cause the ninja to pause or turn off while on for prolonged periods of time with a constant power level.

When air crisping boneless thawed chicken breast, we recommend only cooking up to four (1/2-3/4 lb each) at a time, using the Reversible Rack. Place two boneless thawed chicken breast directly in the Cook & Crisp™ Basket, then insert the Reversible Rack and place two more boneless thawed chicken breast on it. This can be done with up to 8 boneless thawed chicken thighs (4-8 oz each).
