    Simple

I think this portions master is going to help me a lot. After using this as a guide for one meal I realized I eat way more than I need. I also eat more carbs than I thought. I am excited to use this product. It's a simple approach which is exactly what I need. No counting calories, no weighng food, no calculating micros and macros etc. Just simple.

    Stick with It!

I can't say for long term how well this product works. I can say that the 2 weeks I managed to stick with it, I lost 3 lbs. It is extremely hard to stick to this, because Yes, you feel like your starving and depriving your body of what it needs. I bought the plate based off of my goal for a Healthy height to weight ratio. If I can just muster the determination to use the plate long term, I may reach that goal. It did however, even though I am not using the plate at this moment, open my eyes to how much a good portion is vs. my portions LOL and even though I am not using it, I have become more conscious of how much I put on my plate. Which is reduced, but not to the plate portions.

### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars
