It's a poor quality product. With bad packaging. You feel pay so much for what you received

Useless and not as advertised
Nothing like what is advertised. It didn’t come with any straps like in the picture. It also described it as having a metal disc inside that you use to activate it, which it didn’t have either. Also, all the little beads are squished and broken up. Poor quality. Returning and would not recommend!

Therapy Gel Pads
Never used this product, returned when it arrived. The description stated there was an activation coin to release heat, the whole reason I ordered. There was no coin, this was wanted for on the go pumping when a microwave was not available. The product also came with no heating instructions.
