Love the memory foam, love how it’s stiff and sturdy but yet comfortable. It holds form wonderfully. Exactly what I wanted in bed. Supports my back and keeps me in the best position to relax.

I didn't know what I was missing. This makes sitting up in bed so much more comfortable. I'm relatively large at 6'2 and 220 lbs, and the XXL size fits me well. The headrest also supports my neck nicely when I position it properly.

I bought the Husband Pillow XXL because my previous one felt more like it was made for a teenager. It worked fine, but I wanted something bigger and this was a great upgrade. This pillow is very comfortable and offers excellent back support. It is a bit bulky in the middle, but it still works well overall. I’m even able to comfortably fit two people side by side with it, which was a nice surprise. I definitely recommend using this on a larger bed. I would not suggest it for a twin-size bed at all, it would feel overwhelming in that space. The pockets on the outside are a helpful bonus and make the bulkiness more practical. Overall, it’s very supportive, well made, and worth the purchase if you’re looking for serious comfort and back support.

I splurged and bought the XXL furry pillow. It’s a quality item. I went far too long with it being uncomfortable, but that was on me. I finally got around to taking out quite a bit of the stuffing. Now I can settle into it and be truly comfortable. I enjoy settling in for reading and television watching. I like to pull it away from the head of the bed and lean back a bit. The arm rests are lovely, and the head rest sits at a perfect height. I’m 5’5”. It is a big chunk of money to spend, but considering the state of the world, this is amazing self care. And don’t we all need some of that when we can get it. You won’t regret it. Just know you can take out some stuffing and tailor it to your comfort level.

Well, I needed something to lay up against the wall while sitting on my bed and this bed pillow is perfect for that. It's not the most comfortable pillow it provides good enough back support. It's not soft like an actual pillow, but it's not supposed to be. Its job is to be sturdy and still enough to support your back while sitting on the floor or your bed without falling over and it does that easily. I'm happy that I made the purchase and it's worth the money considering I use it often. It looks good too and has a soft feel to it. The pillow itself is very sturdy so it won't fall over. It has great support for my neck also without the worry of any strain or discomfort. The only dislike would be that if you sit for long, it will be a bit uncomfortable on your back, but this can be fixed by placing a soft pillow in front of it for extra comfort. I found myself having to do this frequently and this tended to fix the issue. Other than that this pillow is great for sitting in bed watching tv, reading a book, or browsing on your computer. No more sitting my back up against a hard wall or trying to stand a pillow up to lay against. This is the ultimate bed rest pillow to suit your needs.

I'll start off with: We're keeping it.... but.... CONS: It's NOT plush foam. This arrived and was a LUMPY HARD rock. Yes, we let it air out... nearly 72 hours. No odor (which was a pleasant surprise) but that may have been because it wasn't "plush" foam as noted. We decided we had to remove some foam because it just seemed TOO stuffed and uncomfortable. I removed an ENTIRE kitchen garbage bag. Then it was a bit softer yet firm enough to sit back on. But what I found was a high % of the foam having a HARD coating/shell. (see photo.) These sharper ridges and edges must impede the contents from really molding and that's the lumpy heavier result. When you stick your hand inside, you can immediately feel all the sharper edges on every piece that had it (best way to describe it is the feel of clear packing tape. Obviously they got foam that had a coating of sort and chopped that. Absolutely not “shredded true memory foam" because memory foam doesn't have that coating on it. Maybe the ones that don't have this coating is true memory foam...but a TON of it had that coating. It also was a HUGE static mess! One might think "well that's just what foam does." Well, after removing the entire contents of the headrest pillow - I decided to fill with extra foam we some we had leftover one of the #1 selling pillows (thank goodness - otherwise, the price of this goes up or we would've returned) - and THAT foam is pure plush foam and it had NO static. Not sure why but obvious difference. So...... PROS: Now with the headrest pillow stuffing replaced, and 25% (or more) of the backrest foam removed - it's actually decent. Quite large, outer shell IS very soft. We kept the lumpy hard stuff tight in the arm rests, and the back has room for the stuffing to move now so it's not so STIFF but comfortable. So for this amount of money and considering there are lots to choose from, not sure this is worth the costs. But..it had the pockets and headrest pillow that others don't have. This also had more colors to choose from so our research led us here. I've included a photo on our King size bed for comparison. It's almost too big, daughter wants to use this on her Twin College dorm bed. Not sure it will swallow her. But only size in the color we chose and the color and pockets was our motivator for paying this price. Not the worst Amazon purchase...but not the best either.

BEST item we’ve purchased on AMAZON in 10+ years! Sturdy, comfortable, the fabric feels good against everyone’s skin in our family, so much so that looks like we’re going to buy a few more to prevent squabbles over this! Needs to be fluffed up/shaken, maybe placed in sun to aerate it after being compressed so much for shipping. We laundered (personal preference) the reversible cover (purchased the ‘Aspen’ for $20 extra to get the 2 different colors & 2 different fabric choices offered), not a customized feature, saying this so not to confuse anyone. The retail/online/big box/chain & discount stores sell numerous versions of a ‘reading/tv bed and floor pillow’. I’ve wasted $$$ over the years, buying those and even trying to ‘re-engineer’ some myself to no avail. Suggest forget/donate those, buy this one that IS quality/comfort/support and worth the extra $$; doubt you’ll regret it! UPDATE: (11/30/19) My personal preference is the ‘fiberfill’ vs the ‘memory foam’. There’s a slight difference, where the ‘memory foam’ seems perhaps best for people seeking firmer support & the ‘fiberfill’ seems like a soft/warm hug in the colder months. The Seller has been Phenomenal, going beyond anything I’ve EVER experienced (especially among an online purchase scenario), they’ve helped me find the best comfort level for my needs. And they even have an extra bag of the filling if you might need to make your pillow firmer/fuller. In a nutshell, buying this item from anyone other than THIS SELLER ‘Hit Notion’ couldn’t possibly be the best decision! (And no, I’m not being compensated for my review nor am I ‘family’ or ‘employee’.) Love these people @ Hit Notion! UPDATE: 07/02/2020 Found another great way to use this WONDERFUL pillow! During these times of the “Covid-19 Pandemic” we’ve discovered it’s FANTASTIC for relieving back/seat pain issues (for reclining chair users) due to lack of support in TODAY’S (extremely lacking in quality) FURNITURE. Sadly today’s reclining furniture (are NOTHING even semi-close to the quality/support/durability of the Lazy-Boy) no longer provide those wonderful factors as the quality of Lazy-Boy reclining furniture; therefore sitting in reclining chairs (the non Lazy-Boy types) can result in Sciatica, lower back pain, numbness & sore muscles. However, with this FANTASTIC pillow placed behind your back providing EXCELLENT support & comfort, it can turn the sub-par reclining furniture into the comfort of every Lazy-Boy we’ve owned since the mid 70’s! (1970’s that is!) Now sitting in the reclining furniture with this pillow makes it a piece of furniture in need of a sign above it warning users that the chair can easily cause users to fall asleep quickly & wake-up with no pain despite hourrrrsss of “snoozing” in the chair now! I got the pillow in Dark Grey a couple of weeks ago and it’s become my favorite “relax in bed” accessory. The arms give really good support so I can sit up and read or work, and the back is tall/firm enough that I’m not slouching or feeling neck strain. The shredded memory foam is comfy, and the removable cover with pockets is super handy for phone or glasses. One thing to note: it’s huge. If your bed or room is small, this pillow takes up a lot of space, and it’s a little heavy to move around once it’s stuffed. But for what it does, I think it’s worth it.
