No es la mejor opción.
No es tan funcional como parece, para entrenar porteros no es útil, incluso es hasta peligroso, no recomendable para niños pequeños, es necesario siempre tener una mano en la liga para que no se atore entre las piernas. Si lo que buscas es ponerte a patear el balón y que regrese a ti, si te sirve, si yo tuviera una pared para hacer lo mismo... preferiría la pared.
