Seems like a commercial version of their retail product.
We have always loved American made Creminelli products especially the prosciutto which we purchase in small quantity packages at Whole Foods.Finding larger packages of this product on Amazon was exciting but the quality is not the same as the much pricier retail version.The prosciutto in these larger vacuum packages is cut much thicker than in the smaller packaging, not a good thing at all.Prosciutto should be paper thin as the retail version is and melt in your mouth but these larger packages are not that. Trust me, we've been eating it locally and in Europe for over 50 years.
