These gummies taste amazing. (I’m a black woman) I took these for over a year and they helped my hair to grow to mid back length (past bra strap). It was so easy to be consistent with these because they taste so freakin good. I didn’t notice too many breakouts (everyone is different). I noticed a few sparse hairs growing on my chin (just plucked them). I have recommended these to many people and they have seen results as well. After a long while of taking these, they seemed to not be as effective as if the process became stagnant. I stopped taking them for that reason to give myself a break and then restart again later on. The color and consistency of the gummies were not the same as usual, and they were all stuck together. I didn’t complain at first because I figured that as long as they still worked the same, it wasn’t a huge deal. Unfortunately, after about two months, I noticed a huge change in my hair. I’ve been experiencing significantly more hair shedding than usual, my hair doesn’t seem to be growing the way it did before, and overall it looks much duller and less healthy. I’ve now finished the full 3-month supply, and I’m extremely disappointed. After using and trusting this product for years, I’m not sure if something about the formula or quality has changed, but this batch was definitely not the same as what I’ve received in the past.
