No, the quadrant is solid so you would be unable to run anything through the centre.

Would this be okay to use as window pane beeding?

I used for sealing around the bath, it would be ok for windows, fix with mastic sealant.

How is the 13mm measured please. Total width or the depth..

The profile is not a quarter of a circle so when situated it is probably 10mm. I used it to cover the gap between my skirting boards and vinyl floor in our kitchen/ ultiity room

White lightweight pvc quadrant trim

Just what I needed for our bath trim. Sprayed with gloss finish white. Looks a treat. Two sizes to choose from I went with 13mm, I think, needed to give clearance for bath taps. Fit with grab adhesive/silicone, to seal.
