I’m really happy with this screen protector! The paper-like texture makes writing and drawing with the Apple Pencil feel much more natural and controlled. I also really like the matte finish because it reduces glare and fingerprints. The installation was pretty easy, and having two protectors in the pack is a great value in case you ever need a replacement. Overall, it’s a great option for anyone who uses their iPad for taking notes, drawing, or writing. Definitely recommend!

Excellent paper-feel matte protector for the larger Samsung tablets. Installation was straightforward (with the usual care for dust). The matte finish cuts glare effectively and gives a pleasant, slightly textured writing surface that works very well with the S Pen—good touch sensitivity and no noticeable lag. Case-friendly and the 2-pack is appreciated. Noticeable improvement for note-taking and drawing compared with glossy glass. Highly recommended if you use your tablet with a stylus regularly.

If you're looking for a screen protector to write on that feels like paper, this is it. Feels natural and grippy to write on, has that "scratchiness" like writing on actual paper. It is matte so it does reduce the clarity of the screen, but nothing noticeable. Installing it can be quite a hassle to remove all the air bubbles. But, I am happy with the purchase and wish that I had bought this sooner.

I bought this for my iPad that I absolutely loathe notetaking on. I was definitely skeptical of the price, but I did a lot of research and decided to go with the BERSEM screen protector over others because of the numerous reviews praising it. So far I have used the screen protector for about a month and a half, and it has definitely surpassed what I expected in terms of quality for price. APPLICATION: I am absolutely terrible at applying screen protectors, period end of story. I had someone else apply this one for me, and other than the one bubble (see photo) and a couple of super minor specks that crawled their way under it as it was being applied, it went on pretty smoothly. As you can see in the photos, the bubble is not noticeable when the iPad is on, which is the only reason why I haven’t attempted to put the other screen protector in the pack onto my iPad. One thing I did notice about the screen protector that continues to frustrate me is with my case, the protector is slightly too long on the bottom, and the case and screen protector butt into each other and cause lifting and bubbles to form. I didn’t have this issue with the prior glass protector I had on my iPad, so I believe the BERSEM is just slightly too large unless you use an iPad case with no protective qualities. DAILY USE: I use my iPad for a summer college course. The screen protector is the only reason why I am able to take notes on my iPad. The “paper like” feeling is a kind of far stretch; I wouldn’t say it’s paper, but you’re definitely not writing on slippery glass. It makes writing and drawing on the iPad much more bearable, and when I had to take a 12 hour car trip and do an exam at the same time, the anti-glare was awesome! I can’t give a rating as to how well it protects the iPad, given I haven’t tested that out, but I can tell you it isn’t a super thick sheet of plastic. Overall for the price I paid, I believe the two pack of screen protectors that are moderately easy to install, have fantastic anti-glare, and have improved my notetaking abilities are definitely something I would recommend to others. 4/5.

a lot more matte than my last one, and it feels better quality too. i have the samsung tab s8 and the corners of the screen protector are just a little too sharp for it to fit in a good way. installation was good, i got some minor bubbles but they dissapeared overnight!

*Update* After posting the review below, I was contacted by the seller and a resolution was offered for my less than great experience. I had not asked for any kind of solution what-so-ever nor did I expect one; therefore, you have recognize when a seller is so interested in every customer having a good experience. So - Customer service +2 Stars So - I was expecting to apply one of the protectors and have the other for anything that happened in the future but I tried to follow the instructional video and there are a few things they leave out. putting the back stickers on and aligning the protector are no problem, but you have to be very careful after you clean your iPad as flipping the protector over actually creates a dust issue on the iPad and leaving a TON of bubbles - the kind that do not press out. Also the squeegee - not the same as the one in the video. It is much smaller, and you need to use the blue side to squeeze the bubbles as the white side scratches the protector. First protector down the drain. -2 stars. Lessons learned - held the protector upright with one hand and recleaned the iPad with the other. I was able to get the protector down without too many bubbles. Be fairly warned, if you are expecting edge to edge, this is not it. There is a small but definite gap between the protector and the screen (see pic 2). -1 star As to the quality of the protector, it does have some resistance though not as much as others I have used before. My pencil does not squeak like others have said. Finger print resistant and appears to work fine. I do not see a pixel distortion issue like others have stated. +1 star. So - above average paper like protector with below average install process and tools. Would I buy again? Probably yes, but more because of Amazon's free next day shipping than the product - - especially since I do not have the spare I was expecting.

I'll get straight to the point here, this protector is so close to being a 5 out of 5, but it has one major drawback. To give credit where it's due, the product does do exactly what it says it will. It is meant to feel like paper, in particular when you write, and it does just that. However, this screen protector has such an abrasive texture that it will literally eat away at your apple or third party iPad stylus tips as you can tell on the photos. The screen protector acts almost like a cheese grater and it will leave slight shavings/residue of the tips on the screen during use. I only had the screen protector on my iPad for 5 days before my pen's tip was completely gone. 4 days consisted of light testing for about 15-30 minutes since I had just bought this iPad a day prior to ordering this protector so I was testing out the GoodNotes app. There wasn't any heavy use until day 5 when I worked on a digital marketing course I'm in for a little over 3 hours that day. At the end of that one session, the screen protector shaved my pen's tip down to the point where the hardware of the pen was visible and exposed. Keep in mind, this was with me not applying any harsh pressure while writing. I had to order a different protector due to this issue. As far as glare goes, there still is SOME but to be honest I don't believe there really is anything out there that will have ZERO glare. It also does still catch some fingerprints. Now, because it's a paper feel protector and it's textured, this will change the perception of your screen quality compared to when you look at your screen without it, but again that goes for pretty much any matte/paper feel screen protectors as well. To end this review here, I actually LOVED this screen protector and the way it felt when writing on my iPad. I wish I hadn't had to replace it. The closest thing I can compare it to are the Paperlike screen protectors but for a much lower price and these are still high quality. With that being said, if all you care about is having a screen protector that feels as close as possible to writing on paper AND you DON'T care to replace your stylus tips every week, then this product is perfect for you. If not, I would recommend going for the Supershieldz Anti-Glare (Matte) Screen Protector on Amazon, which is the replacement I personally bought, and visibly it looks just the same on the iPad (the screen quality is slightly better though), the writing is just as comfortable and does feel a little like writing on paper, AND most importantly, it doesn't eat away at your pen's tips. I know this was a long review and it's my first as well, but I wanted to bring some awareness to this matter so I hope it helps!

A good screen protector with a real paper feeling, for a very good price. Instructions are clear and comes with all the needed accessories to place it perfectly.
