I paid at their request for additional shipping to the US and never received my new unit. I have emailed them repeatedly for months on end and they simply do not respond. I thinks this is horrible customer service and theft of my shipping money. For safety reasons we are recommend to ask other adult to help with moving. The base can be tilted and roll on the side. Also, is easy to empty if needed to be moved.
