Cute small batch mold
This is the PERFECT size for trying out new recipes or making small batches. These tiny, adorable little macarons produce such a perfectly-sized little bar of goodness. I'm trying new recipes and this size lets me make substitutions and customize with very small amounts of ingredients per batch. But each product still lasts quite a while. One batch of 6 will take over a month to use even though I'm using them several times a day. And they are SO cute to use! They retain their shape well in my experience so far with soft lotion bars and home-harvested aloe (aloins and related substances removed). The one thing I wish the manufacturer had spent more attention on is the top (open) surface. I wish the mold had paid attention to this and created a top curved surface to complete the look. It is easy to carve after the fact but eliminating this step would have been very helpful.
