It's a basic Miter Saw!
It's still early days to give a longevity review but have no reason to expect it to fail. I don't do heavy construction as I am a DIYer. That said the saw performs as it should. I don't know what sheerness really means. Because of the cuts I needed to make without tear out I never used the the blade that came with it. That blade is what comes with almost all skill saws as it is cheap. It's for rough cutting lumber. I would be cutting some hardwood and cross cutting plywood strips. I ordered the blade with the miter saw to make sure of compatibility and am happy with the cuts. i find that with tools many bad reviews are because people do not know how to set up the tool properly. They often want to use it out of the box as is and expect miracles. The tool is only as good as the operator in many cases. I find the tool exceptional value for my use. The new blade added $40 to the cost but that's to be expected and needed if I wanted the kind of cuts my projects need.I will be making a miter saw table so I can more easily use stop blocks and add a longer fence with measuring tape on both ends to make my work easier. These things have to be done to any miter saw I think so not a detraction. I am happy with the saw and would buy again.

A good fine tooth blade at a great price!
I'm using this on a 10 inch sliding miter saw and have found that the cuts are smooth, with little if any fraying. I use mostly 2x wood and this blade goes through this stock very easily. The price of only $10 just adds to the value of this saw blade. I'm very satisfied and expect to be using this for the a long time to come.

Picked up this blade for $10... what do you expect?!? Great bang-for-the-buck
This is a great blade, for my table saw use. I have a 12" 60T blade in a miter saw by comparison and which cutting through the same softwood (Douglas Fir) of 6-12" widths, I have very little if any tear outs. The miter saw requires me to use tape on the cuts in an effort to minimize the tear outs. Again, this is a softwood and I'm not rushing through the job. In fact, the 60T Dewalt blade that I was using is equivalent to what I'm getting on a 24T ripping blade in my 7-1/4 framing worm drive saw.But seriously, for $10?!? Great deal and "good enough" quality if you're banging out some shelves or cabinets for the garage. But expect to 8/10 job.

Nice fine Cutting Blade
Changed out a 24t blade that came with a previously purchased Hitachi miter saw. Although this blade is 60t it made very fine cuts in fluted molding. Originally had used a miter box and saw but that chipped the edges so thought to give this blade a try. very satisfied with its performance.
