I went to checkpoint Charley and didn't get a souvenir. We meant to go back and get one before we left but it's not in the "main" touristy area and we forgot, so I'm really really grateful for this. A profound and at this time in history 2026 a terrifying reminder of what can happen.

I believe this to be legit, and I thought it would be a really cool gift for someone who is a collector of historical items. It was small, but representative of what it used to be. At first glance, it looks like a simple fragment of concrete, but the weight it carries in history is immense. This isn’t just a souvenir—it’s a tangible reminder of a world once divided, of the struggles for freedom, and of the triumph of unity.

My husband is a major history buff and when I found this I absolutely 100% had to buy this for him. He was beyond happy when he opened the box. To hold such a major piece of history in his hands, is priceless he says. The casing could have been put together a little bit better, (but it's a simple fix) the rock was loose when we opened the box. But other than that it is all around perfect! The size is a little smaller than I thought it would be, but the size doesn't matter when it comes to holding and owning a piece of history. Definitely worth it for the history buff in your life.

Is it real, who knows. Nicely encased until the glue fails. Had to fix it. Get bigger variety, this is tiny!

My son is so curious about our German roots and the history of the country. I could not resist getting him this for Christmas. The look on his face was well worth it.

First my son loved it! But it came with no certificate and it’s the size of a smaller quarter. Could be anything really lol don’t bay might be a scam. But for now we are going with it and my 10 year old history buff loved it. Definitely not real!
