My husband is a major history buff and when I found this I absolutely 100% had to buy this for him. He was beyond happy when he opened the box. To hold such a major piece of history in his hands, is priceless he says. The casing could have been put together a little bit better, (but it's a simple fix) the rock was loose when we opened the box. But other than that it is all around perfect! The size is a little smaller than I thought it would be, but the size doesn't matter when it comes to holding and owning a piece of history. Definitely worth it for the history buff in your life.

What a super cool gift! I am glad I purchased the larger size as the smaller sized one did not come with a letter of authenticity. Now the rock could be fake and the letter of authenticity could also be fake? No clue! Regardless, I think my 21 yr old son will be happy with the find. I liked how this arrived enclosed in an acrylic case and had writing on the case.

I believe this to be legit, and I thought it would be a really cool gift for someone who is a collector of historical items. It was small, but representative of what it used to be. At first glance, it looks like a simple fragment of concrete, but the weight it carries in history is immense. This isn’t just a souvenir—it’s a tangible reminder of a world once divided, of the struggles for freedom, and of the triumph of unity.

It arrived nearly wrapped. However, the small piece of concrete still separated from the plexiglass stand. But that can be easily fixed with Gorilla glue. Once done, it sits nicely on the shelf. I understand that the 4x4 is the size of the stand (which is a very good size), not the piece of wall itself. I am not buying building materials anyway. The certificate of authenticity also looks good. Is it really authentic? Maybe. But who cares. It’s a fantastic conversation piece as well as an object for personal pondering. Just like the skull in Hamlet’s hand. Do you care if it’s actually a plaster model or a real one which reeked rotten flesh? There’s a review that alludes connection between Berlin Wall and Trump’s wall. This is a rather disturbing thought, even as many people hold the same view. Trump’s wall, along with Great Wall of China, Hadrian’s Wall in England, and virtually all the city walls around the world, serve the exact same purpose: to keep unwanted people OUT. (You may argue shall we abolish national borders but that’s not relevant here). The evilness of Berlin Wall is that it KEEP ITS OWN PEOPLE IN. Whoever want to escape will be shot by their own government. To confuse these two fundamentally different concepts is ignorant and dangerous. Which will lead history to repeat itself. Well, maybe that’s why bad history keeps repeating itself ……. Now this interesting piece of history joins my expanding collection of WW2 and Cold War artifacts. With Marxism being taught in colleges and ANTIFA mobs roaming the street, looking at this will surely make you wonder: did we really win the Cold War? Or, did we actually “fight the wrong enemy”? …….

Like described, however the sizing is deceptive and hot glued to plastic. The letter of authenticity is nice, but ultimately it is just a rock. Mine has zero markings or paint.

Bastante satisfeito com o produto. Uma relíquia de muito valor histórico. Porém, parece maior na foto promocional. E não acompanha um certificado de autenticidade. O produto com certificado é bem mais caro e não justifica o valor cobrado por um mero documento com poucas informações. Poderia, tranquilamente, ser mais acessível. Mas, tenho finalmente o souvenir que não pude comprar quando estive na Alemanha.

This came great! Many reviews said to add additional glue to the back of the display (the side with the City of Berlin diagram), but I saw no need as the preexisting glue held up fine. I am very glad that I got a part from the West German side, and one with graffiti on it as well. The piece is smaller than most pictures give, about the size of a palm of a hand. The certificate that comes with it is nicely made, but creased so it could fit in the bubble wrap that was wrapped around the wall itself. Overall, highly recommend, but get a larger size.

Makes a interesting conversation piece, especially for someone who has visited Berlin and the remaining wall. Comes with a certificate with a number, embossed and foil seal, but no signature. The piece is attached to a piece of formed plastic that acts as a display stand, with dates and data on it as well. Presents well
