This carpet cleaner really took out stains even on my light carpet. It also has a pleasant clean smell.

it's a decent carpet cleaner. It does disappear when it dries. It's not a 5 star b/c its difficult to get the thick foam out. I shook it many times and had to press down hard. I used it to clean my car seats. Gets rid of dirt not oil stains.

I found my new love! I bought a used car and the carpets were heavily stained. Oh my god, I sprayed the white foam and I saw the stain immediately lifted off. I didn't use the brush that came with it, I used the rotating brush accessory from my steam cleaner instead which made scrubbing easier. I would recommend this product. It left my carpets looking like brand new!

I use this carpet cleaner all the time for spot cleaning. It works great. I have a cat that pukes up hair balls, along with other stuff like food, and all I have to do is pick the stuff up and give the area a quick spray and rub with a rag and it gone. It even get red wine spots out but you gotta let it soak into the carpet and maybe do it twice. Highly recommend.

I think the 4 STAR rating on this product is a BIG overreach, basically had water stains on a light carpet and this product accomplished NOTHING quite frankly it is a complete waste of time

I've always been a big fan of foaming carpet cleaners -- they always seem to lift the dirt out of the pile much better than liquids. This product is no exception -- it works great on any stains. I also bought a small brush to go with it (from Amazon as well) as the brush on top of the cap isn't strong enough to get aggressively work the pile. Great product -- highly recommend !!!

Purchased this carpet cleaner to get rid of odor in vehicle carpet mat. While this cleaner is easy to use, I instantly noticed an ammonia type smell to it. The other reviews raved about it's cleaning ability but I did not see any mention of a strong smell. The can does not list what chemicals are in it but I know ammonia when I smell it. While I found the smell not to be overwhelming, I would not suggest using it inside or where it is not well ventilated. I think I traded one odor for another. I will have to use car febreeze to get the cleaner odor out now. If you are sensitive to ammonia odors I would use an odor mask or let someone else use it.
