I have been suffering from Cauda Equina syndrome for around 2 years now and at times the pain has been excruciating, even trying to sit on a seat/couch. I was in for an operation to rectify this 2 weeks ago and I was pointed in the direction of this product to help with my recovery and I must admit the difference was immediately noticeable as soon as I tried it. At first sitting was still uncomfortable due to the wound and the position of it. The cushion’s support has allowed me to sit and relax and be comfortable in my recovery and I would recommend it to anyone with any sort of problems when sitting. The comfort and support offered is fantastic.

I am 4'11 and of a VERY curvy, but not large, figure. I have a larger than average sized bum. I bought this cushion set to make my office experience more comfortable.My bum only **just** fits fully on the cushion, width-wise.Although the cushion is nice and soft and feels like it's probably memory foam, my bum still actually gets numb over time (an hour+) and I still feel a lot of pressure on it. I would not feel this sort of pressure on the sofa nor a bed, which both have thicker layers of padding.The layer of foam, for me, needs to still be thicker to be more comfortable.To note: the foam layer does raise your seat up a bit, so you will need to adjust your chair to be lower to compensate (if applicable); the back support also pushes you further forwards on your seat but without providing support for your neck or upper back.I would have preferred a taller back cushion to address this, just literally something which would mould the cushion to be more like a decent back support - although my lower back feels nice and cushy, I now have been getting neck pain instead...I also now have to use a foot rest to keep my feet 'anchored' because of the way the cushioning pushes me forwards and higher. This wasn't a major problem because I have a foot rest for the office anyway, but I can imagine it would annoy people who did not have that option.I originally wanted to return this item, but looking at other options to buy, this item still ends up being the best for value for money.I would consider my points above before purchase, if you can accept the flaws, then this ends up being a reasonable item.

I already have a memory foam seat cushion but I wanted a second one, as they are really comfy and help me to sit correctly to help with my posture. I have severe lower back pain, the majority of the time, and these cushions, and now also, with the lumbar support cushion, really helps me sit upright properly and I feel a lot more comfortable.Item was delivered next day which was excellent, and very reasonable price too.

The memory foam seat and lumbar back cushions are really easy to fit and very comfortable. I could recommend these to any one.
