Perfect replacement option for a broken luggage handle. It looks just like the original. This one was inexpensive and easy to install.

I have an American Tourist suitcase that the OEM handles broke off of after they became brittle. This replacement handle really did the trick. The new handle's profile was a bit wider than my suitcase could accommodate but I was able to pretty easily drill the plastic wider to fit. Now that they're on you'd never know they weren't always there.

This is my second purchase; great replacement handle. The side handles broke on my Hartman luggage and purchased these. My husband installed each one and it was very easy. Both luggage pieces use the same size handle and these are perfect.

The fit of the product was amazing on my suitcase. I measured the distance between the centers of the screws as well as the overall backing plate to ensure that the product I was ordering matched the suitcase I was repairing. Make sure of your measurements before you order! I was able to replace the old handles with the new ones BUT 1. The self tapping screw goes into plastic and its grip can be unreliable - when tightening you have to be careful, or you will wind up simply rotating the screw without a grip. 2. The backing plate plastic material seemed inferior to the OEM backing plate in my suitcase. I was tempted to replace the plate that came with the replacement with the original 3. The screws do not have a cover like the originals had. You flipped the cover to the side to expose the allen screws but once tightened you fold the cover back on the screw to prevent tearing the fabric of your suitcase. I will likely use the screws from the original handles along with the screws that have the covers. Other than the uncertain connection between screw and plastic, this appears to be a well engineered product. The rollers inside the handle make it easy to flex back and forth. I gave it a four because of this.

I had to take apart my suitcase to get the broken handle out to measure. Once I did that I found this handle had similar dimensions for a direct replacement. It comes with both the handle and the case-side receptacle (whatever the right word is...), but I didn't need it. I was able to remove the old handle and use the same screws in the same holes to attach it. I can comment on durability yet, since I haven't traveled after replacing it, but it seems as sturdy as the OEM handle, and hopefully will last at least as long. Good value for the price!

This replacement handle was perfect for my Delsey carryon. It took only a few minutes to install. I really like the sleek and subtle design.

Had the original handle broken from the middle on my hardshell small Delsey suitcase. This plastic suitcase handle comes in the right dimensions to get fitted. Product was shipped with 2 pairs of metal screws that I would recommend for installation as well as an outer housing which was not needed for my briefcase but still could make a tonne of difference for briefcases from other vendors. PS. This handle is better than the one that came originally with the briefcase as it is thicker down the middle which would help in long-term durability. I Appreciate the seller and got my issue fixed in a jiffy! Happy customer and 5 stars
