Kanu Surf Men's Paradigm Swim Trunks

I've used these trunks for a couple of trips to the beach are these Kanu trunks represent a very good value for money option than what you'd find in a department store. Their workmanship is good with clean double-stitched seams and a very comfortable waist elastic with drawstring tiesUSING THEM- The inner sides of the trunk is lined with mesh material that works well to prevent the cloth sticking to your skin when its wet- I felt that the mesh lining is a litter closer fitting than what you'd find, say in a performance short making it feel a bit 'closer'. However this was not uncomfortable in any way, just felt different at first. More importantly, it kept things under control- The material is 100% polyester which makes it a bit crinkly & noisy when you walk- The cloth glides over you skin,hair without feeling prickly or generating static- Dries quickly since the polyester material does not absorb any water- The two side pockets are big enough to hold my 5.5" S7 Edge & thick wallet without issues- It has a stitched faux fly that's just for looks. You'll have to pull the shorts down when you have to take #1- Passes off as a decently casual short with its plaid patternSIZINGI'm 5'10" and weigh about 178 pounds with a 35" waist. The large size of these shorts fit me perfectly. My husband is a big man!!! He is 6”5 / 290 these were perfect for a big guy!!! The fit was perfect! The length was perfect!! These were exactly what I wanted them to be for our Punta Cana baecation!

See trunks on left side of photo. The fabric pattern does not line up at the seams on the sides making these trunks look ridiculous (and cheap). Completely disappointed. I ordered a L as a gift and a XL for me. Both had the same issue. In fact, the plastic bag the XL trunks came in had been opened before and taped back together, suggesting this seller tried to pawn this inferior product off more than once! Bummer.Update 6/23/20: Received 2 other pair (orange stripe & green stripe) and fabric pattern doesn't even come close to lining up on these either. Did not return these since I'll be wearing around the house doing yard & garden work. Overall, I like these shorts, but the fabric pattern alignment issue may be a big deal depending on your circumstances.They did not put a drain hole in the pockets, so when you get out of the pool, ocean, lake, etc., you have to squeeze all the water out of the pockets. Definite design flaw.

I normally wear a 40-42 , 6 ft 4 in 225 lbs , XL fit perfectly , the mesh liner is like wearing fly screen . ALL men’s bathing suits have thisghastly liner. So no surprise. Cut the liner out as I have done for other bathing suits and wear a pair of under armor boxer briefs.....swimming pool nirvana ! The suit drapes to the top of my knee, perfect. EXCELLENT, bathing suit, am buying another.4 star for comfort was because of mesh liner . 5 star with boxer brief.

I bought these trunks for my son, who was going away to college and needed new swim trunks. The stores already had fall clothing out (in late July!), and the few swimsuits they had on the clearance rack weren't attractive or his size.He wears XL men's and these trunks fit true to size. They are made of quick-drying polyester, have an inner mesh lining, elastic and drawstring waist, and a small pocket for keys or whatever. They come in eight tropical print colors and are reasonably priced. My son also liked that they come to his knees. Some of the newer styles have shorter lengths , but he prefers the longer length.Overall these are great swim trunks!

They fit. They have an inner mesh lining for support. They look as advertised.Only issue that is not important is the drawstring is one the OUTSIDE of the trunks. Yupp... you got a big white drawstring highly visible against the darker color of the swimming trunks... Catches everyone attention.I would have preferred having the white drawstring on the INSIDE of the bathing trunks, where it is not visible.Just happy it is white.... instead of another hue.Apart from the drawstring... I'm happy. They fit... they are an AMERICAN size large, not an asian size large.I ordered another set of trunks from another company... same size, but they were way too small so I'm assuming the asian sizes are a lot smaller than american sizes. An asian large is cut more like an american mediumJust my opinion, but very happy with them.

Very nice suit that fits well and is comfortable to wear for hours at a time. Comfortable to swim in or just float around in a hot tub. Material has a nice feel to it and I found that it dries very quickly just hung up. I do not put bathing suits in the dryer so no clue if it will survive that. The speed it drys out after a quick fresh water rinse make the drying issue a non-issue for me. Lots of color selections and I would recommend this to anyone!

These we're good quality and did dry off quickly as swim shorts go. I was always the type to use athletic shorts and boxers if I'd go to the lake and got tired of being cold and damp if they didn't dry on a not so sunny day. For the longest time though I couldn't find shorts in my size and I'm not much of a buyer of new clothes so I never bothered to look. This was perfect for me as I said I'll go by the size chart and what I typically where in shorts or jeans and it matched up nicely. This is perfect for someone that doesn't like to try stuff on either. I also wore them all day in the sun getting in and out of boat and walking up to a dockside restaurant and they we're dry and comfortable.

Great trunks! Look really good. Double stiching, pockets, mesh lining, draw string goes all the way around the waist so easy to adjust for size. I have a 30" waist, but didn't want trunk to be tight around butt or legs. I went with medium and they fit great. I am about 5' 9" tall and the length is to the top of the knee. Very comfortable and great quality. Recommended for sure!

Well-made and nice fabric but it is definitely a bulkier/roomier swim trunk. If you prefer a slimmer-fit, I'd consider sizing down. Dried quickly and was comfortable on the skin. Mesh-lining inside.

Nice looking & well priced, but I have a normal size in any short/swimming trunk which normally should fit across brands and this swimming trunk fits a bit too tight in the crotch area for my liking, so I am returning it. The material feel was acceptable but not exactly what I was hoping for (hoped for extremely soft and smooth) but I would be content with that had the trunks fitted size wise for sure.

Fits a little large, I ordered 2 pair a small and a large. I normally wear a medium but the small fit way better.Decent quality for the price.They lasted me about for about 3 weeks of heavy use on a beach in Mexico.Wore them pretty much every day and in the end the only thing wrong with them was the metal piece between the trunks and the tie string broke off.I would totally buy another pair for my next big beach vacation.

Me gustó mucho, la tela es muy fresca y resistente en conjunto a sus costuras. Ya tengo un rato con el producto y no se ha hecho feo, ni dada por el estilo. Lo recomiendo mucho.
