The best collagen that works for back/spine issues
I suffer from facet joint issues on my back/spine. I’ve spend thousands of dollars on chiropractor adjustments, neck traction, and physical therapy. It has been this way for a handful of years, nearly a decade. My discs are fine and this was confirmed by an MRI last year in 2025. After using AI to dive deeper, I learned that smaller parts of the spine called “facet joints” might be the issue. I then saw collagen come up several times to help with cartilage related things. I know a doctor friend that loves this Life Extension brand, so I decided to try this type of collagen. Let me tell you, it has been night and day. It’s such a tiny capsule but now I can’t live without it. I take one together with vitamin c and magnesium before bed. I wake up with significantly less pain and sometimes with zero pain. I also learned that your body produces much less collagen after mid to late 20s, which was around the time my facet joint pain started in a particular small region on my right trapezius. I urge you to give this small miracle pill a try for cartilage problems and inflammation. I hope the company continues to produce it as it’s a monthly supplement I now depend on. I have tried about two other NT2 collagen brands out of curiosity and have not found one as effective as this one. Hope this helps someone.

I’ve been using Life Extension’s Collagen capsules for a few weeks, and I’ve noticed an improvement in my joint comfort and flexibility.
