excellent display, appear very water resistant, no remote is not a problem as 3 buttons control the lights for speed patterns etc.fully recommended, delayed for a long time before buying but glad I did in the end as it brings a smile to my face as I watch them.Will use them at Christmas as well so have brought mains adapter and extension.
