Excellent, high quality walking stick. Just as advertised!

55 inch Wooden stick is a great size to old on to while hiking. It is fully equipped with a working compass and a thermometer thermostat. This stick has it all and beats the competition. The wood grain is superb, excellent finish, sturdy and has both rubber and metal spike tip for all terrains. I used it here in the snow northeaster storm in New Jersey, worked as expected. I was able to get around no problem. Thank you to the designers and makers of this walking stick. It’s the best

I have bought three of these over a year's time frame. The first one is light, strong, straight, the right thickness, and with a good leather thong for your wrist- perfect! My second purchase is all the first is, except for a pronounced curve in its shaft. The third one was like the first, except its shaft was too thick for a comfortable grip, and the leather loop was too small for my wrist placement. That is one drawback to ordering something online that is not consistent. I do love #1, and the other two are usable.

Loving this walking stick, love the fact that it has a built-in compass, and temperature reading as well, if you're in a hiking situation, helps you figure out direction and and temperature, good for supporting you during trail hikes, camp trips, and various endeavors you might encounter along the way, thanks for making an excellent walking stick. This is my second hiking stick in 6 years. They hold up very well. Are light and strong. Easy use. I just came back from a walk using it on a trail in my area. For my use, I will need to put a leather wrap in the holding area to give a more solid anchored feel. The little para cord thing is almost joke worthy. Just know going into it that most will probably want to do this. Otherwise it’s a good value for the money.

So what is...."Huangtang Wood"????? Try looking it up, can't be found. Sounds like something STRONG and STURDY...maybe a hardwood! Nope, it's something they don't mention until you receive the order. Hanging on the stick is their label (see photo) which list Material as.....something called "Hard pine" ??????? Look up hard pine and you will not find any reference to "mythical".....Huangtang Wood. Yes there is such a thing as hard pine, but there are may variations., so who knows what this really is. I feel like this stick is good looking, correct height as stated, and for $20.00 presents well, however it has quite a bit of flex and I doubt it will hold up to anything other then casual walks without the need for any significant pressure on it. I am 63 and do casual hikes (no mountain climbing) so we'll see how it holds up on my next hike with it.

Terrific buy. Nice and light weight. Very sturdy. My boyfriend had a stroke, shattered hip and fractured back and he uses it all the time. He had to change the leather strap to a cloth strap just because it pinched his skin a bit.

Excelente calidad para el precio, sin duda un producto artesanal. Poco práctico al no poder doblarse pero cumple con su función perfectamente.
