Crystal Star Female Harmony, 90 Vegetarian Capsules

This has changed my life. I have so much energy and my moods are even. I've had baby blues and struggled with depression for 3 years now. After my fourth baby I had to go on meds and hated it. I finally found this supplement, started it about 5 weeks ago (after my 5th baby), and it started working after a couple of weeks. I haven't felt super sad, low or mad since then. I still feel like myself, just not the extreme downs. I am a nursing mom, and it's safe for my baby too. Highly recommend this!!

I purchased this after it was suggested to me while looking at another Crystal Star product. I had surgery a year and a half ago and that threw me into early menopause and I have had hormone issues since then. I did go a round of HRT to "right" things, but I've never really felt better. I ordered these and the difference is amazing!I have been taking these for a month now and I wish I had found them sooner. I am not as bloated and my cycle has corrected since taking these. I am not quite as moody, but I can't say that I have more energy. Either way, I would definitely recommend this product to any woman that is having any hormonal issues. A bonus - I have managed to lose 10 pounds while taking these! I don't think these are a magic weight loss pill, but I think it's helped correct some hormonal imbalances that have been affecting my metabolism.

I suffer from being irregular and cycles last sometimes over 7 days. I love love this product. I'm regular back to 4 day cycles and feel amazing. Only woman product ot there that has worked for me.

I believe this product could be effective if taken regularly. When I first began taking these supplements, I found myself having more mood swings than normal. After a couple of weeks they settled down and I felt normal again. I can't say that I saw any real changes while taking these pills, but perhaps I would if I committed to taking them on a regular and long term basis. Because of the price and the fact that it's not something I am dying to have, I decided not to continue using them.

When I first began to use it, it caused me to bleed longer than usual. I didn't like this about it. I don't want anything that starts problems that weren't already there. I probably won't use it again.

This product is absolutely wonderful! It helps to keep me regular and just makes my cycle more smooth. My daughter has also used this after being diagnosed with cluster migraines. The doctors recommended birth control to help regulate her but the Iridologist recommended all natural Female Harmony. And sure enough, it worked! So pleased with this for me and her.

Oh man, I was having wild hormonal swings every month and decided to try this. I've been taking in for three months and I notice the waves are calmer and more manageable. I'm not white-knuckling it through the week before my period anymore. There is more softness and ease. Grateful!

I absolutely love this product, really helps balance my moods. I take 2 a day and 4 a day when I’m on my period. I hope they never discontinue these!
