How are these disposed of after 3-5 years?

They are doing great would recommend, soak well for 12 hours for best results, not to add comfort it really dont need it air dry is best but timber dryer is ok

Would you recommend for a young girl starting her period?

100% ! I would highly recommend . They are so comfortable and stop any skin irritation from sweating like normal pads cause. I’ve been using these reusable ones for years and they are AMAZING I can’t recommend them enough . Just use and then throw straight in the wash . I found I needed more than one pack of 7(think there are 7 if I remember right ) though but that’s just me us women are all different aren’t we . You can also get reusable panty liners on Peace With The Wild website which are amazing too . Enjoy
