Remember the stuff you used to use to cover your text books in school. This product is very similar. It’s thick and the glue gives an orange peel finish. Not the stuff to use for detailing. I’ve used it to protect the paintwork at the bottom of the door shut where the paint may get kicked or scuffed whilst getting in or out of the car..I was going to use it in the piano black finish inside but if you look at the picture you’ll understand why I didn’t.

Only just got around to fitting this product, how disappointed I was, impossible to fit without numerous bubbles despite numerous attempts and trying various methods, resulting in the paint work of my car been taken off, complete waste of money and now my car needs repainting.

This advertised as 3M but it’s clearly not!!! It came in a bag with Chinese instructions and not printed 3M logo to the backing paper! Avoid I’m very p’d off with the whole situation

Easy to cut to size and easy to position when water is applied. Comes with two squeegees to flatten out and remove water. Adheres well too.I bought this to protect the car bumper when the dogs are climbing in and out. Works well.
