No these do not need to be treated.

Q: Do these run narrow or wide?

The womens boots tend to run more narrow.

Q: Is the entire boot waterproof? If not, can I treat the upper part to make it waterproof?

I have had these boots for almost a year now, and have had no problems with water leaking through. These are the best waterproof boots I own! Feet have stayed nice and dry. :) Treating the upper part probably wouldn't hurt though.

Sorel sizing chart recommends size 6.5 women. the only option i see for 6.5 has a (m) after the number. does the (m) stand for medium or men’s?
