It’s full of useful information for a path to longevity ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Believe this man. *by M***O on Reviewed in the United States on March 24, 2024* Everything Dr. Alberto Villoldo write is good well researched information. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Must be super committed *by C***E on Reviewed in the United States on July 26, 2020* I thought it was interesting that he identified supplements and talked in depth about what they do on a cellular level. The vitamins and supplements will cost you approx $250 for three weeks. Then, you have the 7 day program and the supplements are about the same cost. The "diet" menu plan is wicked strict. NO sugar, NO diary, NO meat, NO simple carbs, basically nothing but super nutrient dense foods and all organic. If you have a cooking background or a passion for nutrition, sure!!, GO FOR IT. Honestly I read the book three times. I had to copy the lists and recipes onto sheets of paper and carried a clip board with me. After the third time reading the book, I had to decide to commit. HUGE decision. Its a very cumbersome program and you must absolutely get your head right. Well I bought the supplements, and did everything he suggested. The only thing that I changed was that I bought small zip lock bags, (in the craft store) and put all of these supplements in the little portioned out bag. It was so much work every morning to coordinate these supplements. I bought the mct coconut oil in little packs. even the baking soda. and that seemed to keep me more on track. The only other thing is that damn cucumber in the Green goddess juice. I loathe the taste of cucumber and I substituted celery. Probably not much better for taste but a little. Also I didn't put seaweed in the broth. I just couldn't. So I lost 25 pounds total in four weeks. (and I swam and exercised often). weird things happened to my body. I had a swollen abdomen for years after a C-section and somehow that got better. My freckles (sun spots) faded. YEP shiny healthy skin. My gray hair started coming in brown like my natural color. (weird right?) I felt 20 years younger. NO more brain fog. I remembered stuff that I had not thought of in years. I was kinder, nicer and had a general feeling of gratitude everyday. My toenail that turned a weird color was pink and healthy again. My hearing improved, my eyesight improved, and my memory was back. I had a weird dry patch that I started to convince myself was a freaky cancer and that cleared up. My hair grew long and shiny too. I like the bio hack experiment but it was hard. I'm not doing it anymore but am doing a lesser version that I made up. I didn't go to the Amazon and be alone or drink nothing but water for three days. I mean, I have a career and a child to raise. SO....its a bit extreme but overall , I was pretty impressed. Its super difficult but worth it. I dont think its realistic to be as extreme as the book. I did get my old metal fillings removed which he recommended. The S-Boullardi thing freaked me out too. Kinda gross. BOTTOM line , there might be easier ways to lose weight but feeling good is worth it. The book is interesting thats for sure but somehow the voice in my head was like...."this guy is OUT there.....". ## Frequently Bought Together - GROW A NEW BODY - The Wisdom Wheel: A Mythic Journey through Four Directions --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/102071546-grow-a-new-body-how-spirit-and-power-plant-nutrients](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/102071546-grow-a-new-body-how-spirit-and-power-plant-nutrients) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-29*
