Pink Platinum Girls' Insulated Two-Piece Snowsuit

We bought this in a 4T on Amazon's Daily Deal to use next year for my daughter who will be three then, but tall for her age. I think the sizing looks a little small for what I would consider a 4T to look like, but can't comment directly since she isn't big enough to wear it yet. The tags state that this is wind proof and water resistant, but it certainly does not look like it is water proof. We have harsh Idaho winter weather and I think we will need to further treat the snow pants and coat to help aid in their water proofing. I am sure she will be fine for short bouts of playing in the snow, but this coat will not be warm enough for a long day of snowmobiling.

I ordered this for my toddler daughter for a recent ski vacation to North Carolina. Not only did it fit her perfectly, but it kept her very warm the entire time. I put a pair of long johns and a thin sweatshirt/sweatpants until the bibs and jacket, and the combination kept her warm the entire day on the slopes. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and would definitely buy it again.

This coat is pretty disappointing. I received this product in October and the first time I dried it the hood ripped off the jacket. We sewed that back on and keep in mind the thing was only washed one time on a gentle cycle and same with being dried. It is now also missing a button and today the zipper completely broke. So after two months of very soft use (mainly for my daughter to be transported to and from places). She played in the coat maybe a total of 10 times. She is 1.5 so playing isn't crazy play at all. Needless to say I'm very disappointed in the quality of this coat and I basically spent $80 for two months of use because now my daughter needs a new coat since the zipper completely broke off. It was a very warm coat and that's why I liked it but it's horribly made.

As other reviewers said, the overalls fit slightly big which is fine, but the jacket fits small, like a 3T. Not much room for layers. My daughter is on the petite side, too. The hood is very shallow and only fits the back of her head (she has a normal head size) and there is nothing to cinch it to hold it up. The metal zipper pokes her face when fully zipped so Iʻll have to keep it down and use a gaiter. The sleeves are pretty short and the openings are twice the circumference of her wrist. Iʻm going to try sewing them smaller to keep out the cold air. The price was great, and it looks very cute, but I wish I had spent a little bit more for better quality.

This is a very cute set and for about $30ish I'm satisfied with the purchase. It's inexpensive and will get us through the winter ski/sled season. I would've liked a better quality (see comments below), but it's a $30 set...so I'm not too disappointed.A couple of comments/cautions for people wanting some specifics.1) This coat and pants are NOT water resistant. My daughter was soaked to the skin after a good hour of sledding and playing in the snow. I would highly recommend spraying this entire set down w/ a water resistant spray before 1st use.2) The 2nd day the coat was worn, the seam on the outer arm completely opened up from wrist to elbow. I was able to stitch it up easily enough, but a hole that big is not something I expect on the 2nd day of use. And to clarify, she hadn't been outside playing in it yet...just out and about w/ me doing errands.3) Sizing note: My daughter is 46" tall and about 48 lbs. The set (6X) will fit her this winter only (and may be a tad on the small side already).

Very, very cute! Both pieces are clearly going to be very warm for the winter months! The coat fit exactly as I expected, but I would say the snow pants run a little long. I gave this set 4 stars instead of 5 is because the coat is a slightly different shade of pink than what it looked like in the ad. (I don't know if it's my computer that's the problem, or if their picture wasn't true to color). Don't get me wrong, it's definitely pink, but it's a slightly peachy-pink. Still very pretty, but I'm concerned it'll be tough to find a hat in the same shade of pink--I may opt to go with a solid Navy Blue hat instead. :(

My daughter had been getting a lot of use out of these leggings and great jacket. It is very well made with double zippered fleece and water resistant lining. The faux hood adds a nice touch. The jacket isn't too "bunchy" and she can play in the snow comfortably with it on.

I bought this in a size 12 month for my 18 month-old granddaughter. She is quite petite (less than 17 pounds) and wears a size 12 month clothes. The fit was really good. I liked the elastic around the waist on the coat to snug it in a little. There are 4 velcro closures in additional to the zipper on the coat. This may be annoying when trying to unzip the coat and having to stop and separate the velcro. It doesn't have that inside fabric placket toward the top of the zipper like some of the nicer coats that I have seen. The snow pants have elastic around the waist also to make them fit nicely, especially for a petite child. The material doesn't seem as thick as others that I have looked at, especially in the snow pants. It might be warm enough for short term outside play if the climate is cool, not COLD. It just doesn't seem like it would be warm enough for extended outdoor play in the Wisconsin snow. I haven't tested this, so I am only basing this on how the fabric feels when I rub it between my fingers. I'm going with a London Fog coat and snow pants instead.

Fits perfectly with enough room to grow over the winter months. Looks beautiful. Super warm and snuggle. Good delivery time.

It was ok.

Decent price. But not much filling in this set, and no fleecy lining in the arms. Hopefully it will keep our girl warm and dry. Turns out the set is small fitting and the hood won't stay put over the childs head. Seller policy is to keep your shipping fees and 50 percent of item cost claiming restocking fees when you ask to return it. I do not recommend this.

This snowsuit is just gorgeous!! My granddaughters Mom did complain it was too thin but it looks just beautiful!!

The snow pants are great, they get damp on the outside but stayed super dry and warm on the inside. My only complaint is the sleeves on the jacket are a bit short. We love this outfit
