I will wear them some more to workout and if they do not perform well, I will update my review. I do the original "cross fit workout" which is traditional Kungfu. But seriously, the stitching and material are quality. The color is slightly darker than the pic, but is a nice color. I love how the waist is higher. It really supports my abs and lower back and doesn't land in an awkward place on my hip, but rather at my true waist. The length is just what I wanted, hitting about 3 inches above my kneecap. I got the sizing info off of the Adam's website and be advised, the sizes run about 1-2 sizes smaller than what you would probably normally buy. If in doubt, order 1 to 2 sizes larger.
