Brought on a whim, very large and expensive, cooked beer batter cod and chips once, however cooked extremely well.

Beast of a fryer.
This is an absolute beast of a fryer. I was fed up with the "home" fryers dropping temperature too much when dropping in food, and the vessel not being big enough to fry a good size battered fish. This thing is BIG! Recovers temp very quickly and has a massive capacity!
