Great Product, Great Service
Original order was filled with wrong item; vendor sent spicy version rather than plain. Within days they sent a replacement order, correcting the mistake. Most vendors fill orders promptly but the real test is when there is a problem. These people responded instantly. I was very impressed. Also their packaging is first rate. They use sturdy cartons and wrap everything inside with bubble wrap.I like these pickles. They have a nice flavor and the spices are just right. If you are a fan of hot food, I recommend the spicy version. These have a real kick.I like doing business with this company and would not hesitate to recommend them. As with all food items, personal taste can vary. I find these pickles to be a quality item and will order them again.

Was a little worried never ordered jarred pickles thru the mail bofore but all was fine.
Watched a program on television about Brooklyn Brine. Saw these on Amazon and saved a trip. Pickles were tasty, crisp with a little kick. Figured I would try the cauliflower next. Save your money unless you like a half empty jar and limp pickles
Like other reviewers, I expected a tasty, artisan pickle. What I did get was a very OVER priced limp, soggy, thin pickle slice. The package arrived well wrapped and well insulated from the rigors of delivery. The jar is nicely designed, but my first clue about the contents was the pickle chips floating around in the brine. The jar looked half full. I checked the seal and they had not been opened so I am assuming this is how the company packs the jars before pouring the brine over the cucumber slices. First rule of canning is to over pack the contents as the slices will shrink and you will have too much liquid and not enough pickle. This appears to be the case here. Pickle slices were limp, not appealing to look at and the taste was basically just Ok. Not what you would expect from an almost $7.00 for the pickles and the same for shipping. Save your money, make your own or buy a good supermarket brand, these guys are typical New Yorkers...long on PR short on delivery.

Much too peppery hot!All four jars were inedible for me.One jar was broken into pieces in shipping.One jar didn't have a label on it so don't know which kind.
