I wanted to try a yellow tint to see if it would help with night driving and I think it does. The added contrast is good. Signs seem to be a little clearer. The actual glasses are great. They fit well and stay in place over my prescription glasses. They have a good box to keep them in. The tint takes some getting used to. Windscreens of other cars look a weird colour and generally it took me a while to settle with the different outlook. I’ve used them on grey days and I think they help with that too because of the contrast. I used them recently on a fairly long night drive and once I settled down with the different view I felt really comfortable in them and felt like I could see everything around me just a little better. Glare is still difficult but I do think the glasses help.

Used for night driving. They make headlights of cars look yellow and reduces glare. However, I felt that my vision was compromised, as everything felt too dark. Other people seem to get on with these, but I really didn’t feel safe driving in them. Have returned. Back to being indoors by 4 pm in winter again…!

I was a bit dubious about putting on a tinted lens to improve my vision at night, but I do a lot of night driving in the winter and I thought it was worth giving these a try. These, the oversized black frame, were the only ones that would fit over my glasses: they look a bit odd, but I just have to remember to take them off before getting out of the car. I tried them this morning. It was dark and very rainy. I had a 45-mile journey, starting on country lanes, then busy single-carriageway A-roads, passing through some villages and small towns, and ending with some urban driving. It is the sort of drive that is extremely difficult, with glare and reflections everywhere, and, particularly at junctions, sometimes real difficulty in working out what is happening. I was really impressed with the difference these over-glasses made. By noticeably reducing the glare from car lights, both direct and reflected, they helped my eyes by reducing the need for constant adjustment. What that meant was that I was much more comfortable, but, more importantly, that I was better able to see and interpret what was happening on the road. There was no reduction in my ability to read road-signs and number plates. Crucially, visibility of important hazards was improved: pedestrians in dark clothes; the cyclist without lights(!); the unlit black car someone had helpfully left in the road after a blind bend. I am quite certain that they improved my safety and the safety of other road users. However odd they look, I will now definitely keep them in my car and use them for every drive in the dark.

Got a pair for my dad,he has driven articulated trucks and coaches for 40 years, amazing driver up until 5years ago, when his driving started to raise eyebrows, until recently I realised he is almost a menace and probably wants to stop going out at night,hard subject to broach for me,so I got him a pair.they look sharp,fit over his normal glasses and now he is so much better when he gets those horrible bright lights head on .no braking every time a car comes along and much more like he used to be! We now have conversations while driving and I'm not bricking it, feeling much more relaxed with him in the car again. I believe a good purchase if you have a problem with bright light.

Really helps with night driving in built up ares and motorways.

These are excellent, they fit perfectly over my glasses and immediately reduce the glare of the on coming headlights. They are lightweight so comfortable to wear and feel very strong. If you find it hard to see whilst driving at night, these over glasses are great value for money.

They work and fit over glasses , very comfortable. I have severe light sensitivity due to scuff marks on my iris, and these have helped a lot. At least I can go outside when it’s sunny. Made well good quality haven’t had any problem
