Fit easily and worked well
Great for draining the AC condensation away from the house, were much better than I expected

Set it and forget it. Great product.
Great fit exactly what I needed. Have Frigidaire 6000 btu and magnavox 12000 btu. Fit both perfectly no more complaining from landlord so that makes for an excellent product. Bought half inch inner diameter hose. Fits snug. Perfect solution

Fits window AC unit well
Seems to be made well and easy to install.Just wish it came with a hose to fit. Hose that Amazon recommended did not fit.

Sturdy fixture
Attached to a 10 ft plastic drain hose to move condensation away from the house. Fitting is apparently universal for a window A/C

broke on installation
I looked forward to installing this product and ending the splashing from window AC dripping. However, as I pushed prongs into AC drain hole, one side sheared right off. Bummer.

fit our 8000btu frigidaire although a little loosely so I added an o-ring
Like i said works but a little loose and gave a drip -the gaskets or washers aren't exactly thick enough. Seems sturdy. You want half inch ID by 5/8 inch OD tubing for this. Added an o-ring -could have been any thin washer.

This connector was exactly what I needed to divert the water to another area.

Perfect fit
The washer that came with this was spongy and didn't seal like I thought it should. A regular garden hose washer is the same size and gave a much tighter fit. For the price paid, this was an EXCELLENT value overall.
