Very sharp blade Thanksgiving turkey was a breeze this year
These knives are wonderful for mid range cost . Make sure you get the ones indicating they are Swiss made, some models are subcontracted out to China. Victorinox is a Swiss company nice to purchase something that is made completely in their country of origin.

I bought 2 knives due to a recommendation from America's Test Kitchen. They are inexpensive, lightweight and cut well. I bought a smaller version for my sister whom has arthritis and difficulty with her grip. BUY BUY BUY one for everyone in your family and your friends. LM

Shockingly sharp and inexpensive!
I wanted to buy the MORE expensive knives because they looked cool, but thought I'd compromise for a change and AM I GLAD I DID! Very satisfied! These are CRAZY sharp and have held their edge well for months with NO sharpening.
