Somewhat Helpful
This is somewhat helpful for the pain in my elbow/arm. Because I am of a smaller stature, the sleeve is too long and requires me to roll it down so it doesn't go clear into my armpit. The strap is helpful, but again the sleeve is too long for me. After awhile, the inside of my elbow got irritated because of the shifting. Again, the sleeve is somewhat helpful, but my anatomy proves difficult to fit.

Durable, effective compression elbow sleeves (2 pack)
While the compression sleeve offers relief from elbow pain, the Velcro strap is of little use. In fact, as shown in other reviews, the Velcro frays the sleeve material quite badly. Secondly, unlike other elbow compression sleeves I've worn before, this one causes skin itch that may lead to a rash. The compression fit is very good and provides for pain relief.UPDATE. Have now used these elbow compression sleeves for 3 years. After laundering the elbow sleeves and giving them another my skin was not irritated. The elbow sleeves offer excellent compression and support. I've worn them during workouts at the gym, off the tennis court, and even during sleep - easy to use and very comfortable. I don't use the velcro straps as they were fraying the material. Initially the sleeves started to "pill" from wear though that has not been an issue. The sleeves have served me very well. Would recommend.

Less pain, more activity.
I've been dealing with a strained bicep muscle for months, which unfortunately led up to me pulling a tendon in my forearm back in November. After wearing a sling and letting it rest as much as possible, I was still having a lot of difficulty doing any sort of activity without being in pain. My forearm and elbow would be in a fair amount of pain just by even picking up a gallon of milk or something simple like that, and doing any kind of exercising with that arm was out of the question.I decided to look into an elbow/forearm brace that would provide some extra support to those areas and hopefully allow me to be able to do more with the injury and I ended up trying out this brace and it has worked wonderfully! The sleeve has a nice, tight compression, but not to the point where I feel like it's cutting off circulation, and the forearm strap provides support for that pulled tendon and allows me to pick up objects with relatively no pain. I've even been able to start exercising with the arm again!I'm not a doctor, but if you have tendonitis in your arm and you're looking for some extra support while you continue on with your daily activities, this has worked very well for me.

It’s okay
Kinda tough for me to get on and off. I don’t get the need for the Velcro strap it was plenty tight on my skinny arm.I gave it a three cause it was pretty comfortable once I got it on it just didn’t help the issue I have with my hand and arm.

Supports elbow well
This design provides support for the elbow all around, with adequate tension but not uncomforable. The lower strap provides additional support on the forearm extensors with mild additional pressure, though it's not as supportive as a separate elbow band.

Works great except for one thing: it itches
This product does exactly what I needed it to do--stabilize my elbow and upper arm/bicep after a sports injury. It stays in place with the adjustable strap. But after wearing it for about an hour, it begins to itch my arms. After two hours it becomes unbearable and I have to take it off.I thought perhaps it was due to not having washed it before wearing, since I wore it right out of the box the first time. But no, it still itches even after washing. So now I am wearing it with an arm sleeve, although that makes it slightly less effective and firm holding my muscles in place. So 4 out of 5 stars. Good, but not great.

Works surprisingly well.
Strained elbow doing Tricep Pushdown full stack at Planet Fitness. Tried a bunch of other wraps. This one actually works.
