I have used similar Mandibular Advancement Devices for over 10 years after trying all sorts of sprays, strips and mouth fittings. Before this, not only did I keep my partner awake but I could be heard throughout the house so needed something that worked.I finally settled on a particular brand that stopped me snoring but it was not particularly comfortable due to its size and put too much pressure on my lower front teeth. Furthermore it was difficult and time consuming to mould correctly. After reading the reviews for Bite Guard Intelliguard Pro, before ordering my usual brand I thought I would give it a try given given the 30 day money back guarantee.After two weeks of use I can confirm that not only does this device work ,it is also far better than my previous device even though it is half the price. It is more compact, more comfortable and does not put any pressure on my front teeth. It took me only 5 minutes to mould and this was easy. Apparently you can re-mould up to 3 times if required. With regard to the right setting, I started at the minimum setting and advanced the lower piece until I no longer snored. It took 3 nights to get right and for me it works on setting 5. Looking at the build and quality I would expect this to last as long as my previous brand.It certainly stops me snoring and I will be purchasing in future.

I bought this product to help me stop snoring. The product arrived quickly and well packaged. It is sturdy and feels well made. I watched the short video and read the instructions (make sure to watch the video since it includes the time to leave the mouthguard in the hot water). Molding the piece was really easy (like any sports mouthguard) and it set very well.Now that I have gotten used to it after just two nights, I am completely comfortable wearing it. If you have snoring problems, I highly recommend trying it.

My snoring became a real problem recently with sleepless nights for my partner with myself experiencing dry throat throughout the day and tiredness. I had tried a headband and spray in the past with no effect and was a little sceptical using a mouthpiece. My level of snoring was varied with reports of sleep apnea and keeping the neighbourhood awake at times. I opted for this model as the cheaper items had poor reviews and I did wish to buy an expensive item if it didn’t work. Reviews for more expensive items on other sites seem to be out of date. Anyway, after using it for week, it has reduced my snoring though not completely eliminating it. My partner is grateful for a undisturbed nights sleep, no alternative nights on the sofa, I already feel better and less tired. It did feel awkward at first and took about six days to feel comfortable. I have also started to regularly use a mouthwash which seems to help when using the device.

I have regular mouth, at least never got a comment on it's too big or too small. The item is way too big. It's really uncomfortable to put in. It gave me sore chin already after wearing it for 5min. I can't imagine sleep with it for a whole night. It's in trash bin already.

I've used a few of these type of things over the years, including a very, very expensive metal one which fell apart after only a year.I got the Intelliguard Pro as an alternative to a more expensive mouldable mouth piece which was wearing out. As it was much cheaper I thought I'd give it a go. I was very pleased to find that it works much better than the previous. as long as I stay sleeping on my back, my snoring has been massively reduced.It's smaller in the mouth and is more comfortable to wear, the only downside is that the adjustment is a bit fiddly, but once set, there isn't much need to change it.

Ok so I got these at the weekend and tried them for 3 nights. What I will say is they stop my snoring which is usually really bad however the trade off is just not worth it. The pain in my jaw is so bad (I have a high tolerance for pain) each morning. Takes half the day to get right again. Also it's so uncomfortable to wear during the night. I can't keep it going. It does say give it time but that pain is not worth it plus I don't think it will be good for your teeth over time.

I have used MADs on and off for over 20 years. I was considering paying for a custom made device. When I found out that the price tag was £800-900 I decided to try a different device to see if the technology had improved. The issue I've had with many boil and bite devices is that they stop snoring but during the night my lower jaw slips out and I then start snoring. They also caused a lot of pain on my front teeth. This devices is a little bigger than others but the advantage is that it stops your bottom jaw slipping out. The pressure is on the molars which is much better as they are stronger teeth.My husband tells me I haven't snored at all over the last few nights. Success at last!The only criticism I have of the device is that it has 2 small plastic bits sticking out on each side. I thought they may rub my cheeks so I just filed them off with some coarse sandpaper to make the sides smooth.

I am a very loud snorer. I have actually had people staying in adjacent rooms to me at hotels ask to be moved because they couldn't sleep with me sleeping in the next room. We've had friends tell us they can't go camping with us because nobody will sleep if I'm anywhere nearby. I purchased a similar product from a dentist for $2800. Unfortunately, the lower right side broke after a little while. When I inquired how much for a replacement (yes, my molds would still be the same), I was told $2800 - sorry, can't do that! I bought this IntelliGuard assuming it wouldn't work but thought I might as well give it a try - it's not a huge investment. To my (and my wife's) absolute shock, it works brilliantly - I do not snore with it! It was easy to mold, super comfortable & I adjusted it to the same gap that my other one has and on the very first use, I knew this is a fantastic find. I am going to tell friends and family about this device - I'm a satisfied customer in Kelowna, British Columbia.

I was wary when I bought this. How could a $30 piece of plastic compare with the dentist made $1500 one?I was very surprised! I recommend watching videos on youtube about how mold this properly. Took me twice to get it right. Had a bit of difficultly adjusting it for the first nights sleep, and yes your jaw and teeth will be sore in the AM. Both my wife and I noticed a difference in my sleep. I feel like I actually slept and fitbit sleep showed more REM sleep and a lot less wake time...I recommend this product as it has helped me!
