InnoGear Microphone Stand Large Arm Boom Stand with Table Clamp, 5 Cable Ties, Compatible with Blue Snowball, Blue Yeti, Shure SM7B

Opted for this arm since the design is way cleaner than the other mic arms within this price range. After reading the reviews I was a bit hesitant to buy it but pulled the trigger anyway. The arm arrived bubble-wrapped in a simple and minimal package. Setting up was very easy and caused no issues. The arm is just a bit stiff out of the box but should loosen up over time. It also has no problem holding up my Fifine K678 which weighs about 1.1kg. Cable management was a breeze with the included velcro ties. Overall this mic arm was definitely worth purchasing, and can definitely compete with the more expensive options like RODE and Blue.

Now, the first impressions are amazing! It extends very far, its very sturdy, etc. But, I can see the possible fatalities that this can have in the future. First of all, you have to tighten the the bottom part very tight to the desk so that it doesn’t make a squeaky sound, this might make a mark on my desk but it may not. If your microphone cable is quite short, then you might stretch it if you use it a lot. Speaking of cables, I recommend to put your cable on top of the arm, to reduce stretching (I tried wrapping it around and it could cause stress to the cable). The arm has a nice place to put your cables at the top and bottom, but at the bottom it is a very small hole so I cannot put my wire in it. Unfortunately, I did not receive a strap, but luckily I had one already.Overall, this is a brilliant boom arm and I highly recommend it. Just be aware of the possible difficulties you might have in the future. Thank you :)

Just to echo what other reviews,This is a really great product, super sturdy and easy to use. Obviously this is the budget option so lacks some features such as a neater Cable management solution, but this is no problem for me.It holds my Rode nt1a mic with absolutely no complaints and was straightforward to mount to my desk, had it for a couple of months now and so far no wear or damage from moderate use!

I bought this fully prepared for the possibility that it would be poorly constructed and too unstable to use considering it is less than half the price of the premium mic arms. It turned out to be perfect for my needs and infinitely better than the cheaper arms with external springs I've tried.I have a Blue Yeti mic, used for occasional streaming and comms from my desk. This mic arm has kept the heavy Yeti perfectly in place since purchase. I haven't done a lot of adjusting of the position, so I can't vouch for whether it would loosen up with heavy use, but it moves smoothly and quietly when I do and just stays where I put it without any need to compensate for drooping after I let go like weaker arms.It is quite stiff to move apart from rotations from the base, so if you're someone who likes to constantly shift your microphone about it may not be for you. Otherwise it seems like a great choice if you want something decent but can't swallow £80+ for a mic arm.

I love it! I'm using the arm to hold a Shure MV7 which is much heavier than most of the popular alternatives. The Shure SM7B weighs around 3/4 of this and the Rode Podcaster around 2/3, for context. 6 months of use later and the arm is still as sturdy as day 1. Even when the arm is extended to the maximum reach, while still holding the mic, I can even use it as an arm rest (just tested) without it sagging.I bought this when it cost £40 (it's currently £30 for Black Friday) and it's worth that and then some. Most of the boom arms that are cheaper than this look, well, cheap... with exposed springs. The more premium stands, costing sometimes double this one, don't look markedly more premium to me and I can't imagine that there's any advantages to them, it's unlikely there's a mic out there that they can hold which this can't.Overall I am very satisfied with this boom arm. It looks great with the hidden spring design, is very sturdy with excellent carrying capacity and the value for money is exceptional.

I previously had a mic stand which was like 15 pound or so. It did the job and was alright but then I got a new mic with a shock mount (Rode N1TA) and it couldn't support the weight. I was gonna invest a decent amount for a rode boom micarm but in the end opted for this one because it was half the price. When it arrived I was shocked that it was literally like twice the size of my old boom arm and also like 3 times as thick. Absolutely incredible quality and super happy with it. Holds the microphone perfectly and allows me to have full control properly. Also the mic desk attachment is really good quality and super sturdy (which I thought it wouldn't be). So yeah I thought it was a risk getting this compared to the Rode Mic but in the end it turns out to be a really good purchase and a lot of money saved!

SO stiff, just by trying to move it I was moving the clamp that is fully secured to my desk. Probably putting around 20lbs of pressure on it just to move it. After spraying a ton of wd-40 and cleaning it up it is definitely better and saved me returning it, for now.looks good and good quality though, very long too which is a bit distracting and will have to get used to.TLDR: so stiff, had to apply 20lbs of pressure just to even move it, dont buy if you dont have wd-40 and it looks good but very tall.

Great value. I never wanted to buy the rode mic stand as I felt 80 odd euro was too much to spend on something I can find quite similar for 15 (newerr etc). I went through 2 of those mic stands before I finally gave up. I was about to just bite the bullet and get the rode one, but this caught my eye. That was over 2 years ago now, and this mic stand is still working completely perfect, carries the weight of an audio technica at2020+ a shockmount. Its more than sturdy. Overall a great product, genuinely no justification for getting the rode one when this it on the market. Its what id advise somebody to buy, most cheaper stands have that annoying, flimsy spring setup and theyre just awful. This is literally rode without the logo

Je l'ai acheté en remplacement d'un avec un ressort qui s'est avéré être très fragile.Ce pied est bien solide et sa qualité est visible à l'oeil nu.Il était plus cher que le premier qui à cassé en moins d'une semaine. Celui ci n'est pas prêt à casser...enfin je pense...

Si tratta di un braccio da microfono (che puó tranquillamente sostenere una mirrorless di medio formato), molto robusto, in nero opaco che lo rende molto professionale ed elegante. VIene fornito con fascette e adattatori per filettature varie.Usato con uno Shure SM7B, fa la sua porca figura, e a che prezzo! Consigliato!

Ich habe den InnoGear Mikrofonständer mit einer Traglast von knapp 1.9 kg gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner Wahl. Der Ständer ist stabil und robust, und ich habe keine Probleme damit, mein schweres Rode Procaster Mikrofon mit Spinne darauf zu platzieren.Die Höhenverstellung funktioniert einwandfrei und die Klemme hält das Mikrofon sicher in Position. Der Ständer ist einfach zu montieren und zu verstauen, und er nimmt nicht viel Platz ein, was ideal für kleinere Studioräume ist.Auch die Verarbeitung des Ständers ist gut, und ich habe keine Probleme mit losem oder wackeligem Material. Insgesamt ist der InnoGear Mikrofonständer eine gute Wahl für jemanden, der einen stabilen und leicht verwendbaren Mikrofonständer sucht.Ich würde ihn auf jeden Fall empfehlen und kann bestätigen, dass er sehr gut für meine Bedürfnisse geeignet ist.Kleiner Tipp am Rande: Schraubt dieses Ding nie auf. Der hier ist mein zweiter. Den ersten wollte nach ein zwei Jahren Nutzung ein bisschen fetten und hab die Feder nur mit ach und krach wieder reingekriegt. Danach stand der Arm aber schief...

Il braccio, parlando di materiali, sembra abbastanza affidabile. Metallo spesso e resistente, le molle interne sembrano buone, funziona anche con microfoni relativamente leggeri (come il mio akg p120).Dunque, ha anche qualche punto negativo.Il primo è il "tray" per il cable management. Non vedo modi per poter farci passare un cavo xlr, lo spazio è troppo stretto, e quasi sicuramente era pensato soltanto per gli USB. Ma per me non è stato un problema gravissimo, anche perché mi sono ormai abituato di arrotolare il cavo intorno al braccio, a mo' di serpente.Il secondo, come quasi in tutti i supporti per microfoni da tavolo a prezzi bassi, è la parte metallica del braccio che va inserita nel morsetto: il metallo in quella parte deve essere MOLTO spesso e resistente, soprattutto se il microfono viene spostato spesso, visto lo stress che riceve quella parte del braccio, specialmente quando uno cerca di allungarlo. Non voglio dire cose, ma secondo me tra 4-5 mesi già inizierà a piegarsi un po', quindi suggerisco di trovare un cilindro metallico di diametro adatto e di inserirlo dentro quella parte del braccio per rafforzarlo.L'ultima cosa che mi ha fatto preoccupare - il braccio è arrivato troppo rigido. Ovvero, pare che le viti sono state avvitate a macchina, il braccio era difficilissimo da operare, in effetti ho dovuto prendere una chiave e svitare di poco le viti che reggono le due sezioni. Il problema maggiore, nel caso mio, era con la parte inferiore del braccio, occorreva tantissima forza per farlo muovere, cosa che stressava il pezzo di cui ho parlato sopra ancora di più.Dunque, dopo aver aggiustato il braccio - funziona perfettamente. È molto comodo, bello esteticamente, ed è anche abbastanza alto, quindi non è assolutamente un problema utilizzarlo stando in piedi.Per ora direi che è un prodotto buono, vediamo cosa succede col passare del tempo però :)
