7366 Signature Hardside Expandable Luggage with Spinner Wheels, TSA Lock, Black, Checked-Large 27-Inch

Bought this for a long trip. The hard case is well made, durable, and can accommodate several days worth of clothes. The duffle bag was a great addition and can hook on to the hard case for convenience. The small bag is perfect for personal items, toiletries, but can accommodate clothes as well. I could jot find a similar set from Swiss Gear anywhere online or in person for a cheaper price. The hard case handle, wheels made moving through the airport easy.

Nice looking, lightweight, functional, and roomy carryon. The built in cup holder is a nice add. Definitely my go to for weekend trips or even longer if I learn how to pack light.

Both suitcases were great during my trip. Flew to Florida to get on a cruise and then flew back home. Minimal marks on the large checked bag, to be expected when flying but nothing major or noticeable. Wheels worked amazing and handles held up great. TSA locks on both suitcases worked perfectly as they should. Overall an amazing set and I will be purchasing another set for my daughter. Got this set on an great deal and waiting for the price to drop again before buying one in pink.

Have not used it yet but picked it up during prime days for a great price. Seems like really good quality, rolls nice and smooth. Do have other swissgear pieces which have stood the test of time

I am extremely disappointed with this luggage set. After just one trip, it looked like a suitcase that had been used for 10 years. The shell became covered with scuffs and stains that would not come off, making it look old and worn almost immediately. I contacted SwissGear's customer support, expecting them to stand behind the quality of their product. Instead, they dismissed my concerns and told me this level of wear was normal. That response was even more disappointing than the product itself. Please take a look at the photos. They were taken after I spent several hours trying to clean the luggage, and you can still see how many stains remain. I travel internationally and have owned several suitcases over the years, including much cheaper ones. I have never had a suitcase deteriorate this badly after just a single trip. The luggage looks great when you first take it out of the box, but in my experience, its appearance did not hold up to normal travel. If you're looking for luggage that will continue to look presentable after regular use, I cannot recommend this set. Based on my experience, both the product quality and the customer support were extremely disappointing. For the price, I found the durability and customer service to be completely unacceptable. I would not purchase SwissGear luggage again.

I absolutely adore the color wave of this suitcase and I will admit that it was the driving force behind my purchase (on top of Swissgear’s pretty reliable reputation over the years). The color matches exactly how it looks online! The outside feels very sturdy, exactly what I would expect of a hard shell case. I can’t say that it’s scratch resistant at current. It actually feels like it would easily scratch, which is something I’m worried about as I will traveling quite a bit this year. The cup holder has SUCH a smooth design; it’s very easy to open and tuck back in. It has a LOT of interior space on the inside, almost annoyingly so? I do wish that they would have added maybe another pocket somewhere in there - there is plenty of room to do so but I suppose they want you to buy your own organizers for that. Honestly for the price, I think it actually SHOULD come with one cube organizer for accessories or something - but that’s a nitpick. One of the main reasons I wanted this suitcase was for the locking system, which was easy and painless to set up honestly! It has the TSA key grade to unlock it so you don’t have to worry about TSA bursting and breaking your stuff if they need to get inside. This also helps if you end up forgetting your lock number or the manual unlocking system gets jammed. I got it on what I assume is a Memorial Day sale so the price wasn’t that bad! Regardless, the quality of this brand is undeniable in my opinion. Oh, another thing I hard don’t really like is the interior belt that’s supposed to keep your items in place during travel. The locking mechanism seems flimsy and is made of what feels like cheap plastic. I get the impression I may have to end up sewing something sturdier in its stead later but we shall see. When I was researching the quality of the suitcases, I saw a lot of complaints about the rubber on the wheels deteriorating within the year of purchase. Most of these people, if not all?, said that they only traveled maybe once or twice a year and that their suitcase was in storage most of the time. Please make sure yall understand how rubber works when improperly stored. That’s all I can say. I’ll update this review at the end of the year OR after 10 trips! Safe travels!

I have had the 19" carry-on suitcase since 2022. This bag has been abroad and back many times, as well as several US destinations, and has never disappointed me. This brand was recommended to me by a United flight attendant, so I felt the recommendation was credible. I love it and will buy this same suitcase again if ever needed. I pack a full bag, and the zippers have never failed! I only carry on my luggage, never check a bag, so I cannot speak to how it would survive baggage claims. My son has the same brand; he has checked his larger one a couple of times without issue; however, I believe all luggage is at the mercy of bag handlers, and I am not sure they are all that careful when time is of the essence for them. I have not had any issues, even when expanded as a carry-on bag. I have found it to be very durable, well-made, and a great purchase for the price! The only negative I have found is that it is sometimes hard to roll when my backpack is slid onto the handle. I think it is a weight issue more than anything. If I wear my backpack I do not have any issues rolling this bag.

First off, I read other reviews about this bag missing the cup holder - it's important to READ the description closely before ordering. The detail page clearly states the cup holder is only on the small bag (carry-on), not on the medium or large size. The tag that comes with the luggage says the exact same thing, I'm uploading a photo of it. On a check-in bag you rarely need a cup holder anyway, as you check it in as soon as you get to the airport. It'd also be another thing to break when handled by the airport employees. This is an absolutely beautiful bag. I have always used the 28-29" sized luggage bags for check-ins, but on my last trip to Europe I realized just how big and clumpsy it was to move around. So when one of the wheels broke on my then American Tourister Bon Air Spinner and I went looking for a new bag, I decided to go with this Swiss Gear in the 23" size instead. I LOVE the looks on this one, which was one of the main pros for me, it also comes in awesome colors that will be very visible at the baggage claim. And yes, even if it's significantly smaller than my previous 28" and I won't fit nearly as much in it, it will be so much easier to store, roll around, fit on the train, in the car, the taxi etc - just easier to travel with in general. I just have to learn to not bring as many gifts to my family. This Swiss Gear is expandable, something my previous bag wasn't, so that will help as well. It is extremely light weight! It rolls like a dream even when packaged with 45lb of stuff, much better than than my American Tourister. Same goes for the zippers, they're smooth like butter! The handle and "button" are also better than what I'm used to on previous luggage, there are no "hiccups", it's smooth, stable and very exact in its locking mechanism. No way to know how long it'll be this great, but for now I'm super happy with it. The only thing I'm missing are a couple of zippered pockets on the interior zippered "lid" between the two compartments. I had that on my previous bag and it was so convenient for smaller, flatter items. It's a minor thing so it won't affect the rating, this is definitely a 5 star luggage - and the price range is great too.

Its beautiful! I had to return it because I misread the size. The wheels moved with ease. The case itself is a beautiful matte merlot as described and did not seem heavy at all.
