Uh-oh - saw these peanuts contain cottonseed oil. Hadn't seen that on a list of healthy oils, so thought I'd better research it. Be on the lookout for cottonseed oil in packaged foods and avoid products that contain it. Manufacturers like it because it's cheap, and products that say "may contain one or more of these oils" and list cottonseed, will almost certainly contain it.In one oz. of these peanuts is 7g of protein, 22% of your fat, and 170 calories. Probably best to not eat and find healthier nuts without the cottonseed oil.
