Love these. I’m on my 2nd bottle! I’ve used for over a month and have seen a significant growth in my hair. Less of it falls out and it seems softer and shinier. Tried them because before these, I took no supplements and my hair was dry, falling out and short from breakage!Only con is that these, like a lot of biotin pills, are the huge, horse tranquilizers. Not the easiest to swallow. But I will continue taking because I love what they’re doing for my hair.

I use this biotin because it nourishes my hair and makes my nails grow. I had a split nail. That nail would not grow past a certain length. It would split and I had to keep it short. I started using Biotin. My nail is no longer split. I can grow it as long as I want. Also my hair is really growing fast and does not break off. I love my hair and my nail.

I really like these vitamins. I have taken them for 30 days and have noticed a significant difference in my hair. Before taking these my hair felt brittle and unhealthy and my natural curl pattern was compromised. Needless to say, this was all due to me flat ironing and washing my hair a tad too much. I just ordered another bottle and I will make sure to post updates if there are any. Unlike other reviewers, I did not notice a major increase of hair growth anywhere else on my body. I am naturally hairy. I also did not notice inches of hair growth on my head. However, it does seem thicker and more healthy. My goal was not to grow inches. I love short hair:)

I’ve only been taking these for about a week so I can’t say much about their effectiveness, but they are HUGE! Water alone does not get these down. And the flavor is really unpleasant. I always take on a full stomach and haven’t had any adverse effects.

Along with taking collagen power this works well!!. Definitely a great buy.
