The shipping carton rattled when first received. Upon opening the carton of six cans, I discovered that one Dust Off can had escaped its wrappings. This pressurized can caused the rattle. It was due to constant banging against remaining five Dust Off cans during shipping. The rattle damaged the top of this loose can. Even with its safety tab removed, the damaged can would barely spray, regardless of how hard the trigger was depressed. Bottom line, I paid for six functional Dust Cans. I received only five good ones. AVOID DEALING with this vendor.

I bought a two-pack. One cannister worked only sporadically, and not very well at that. The second cannister didn't work at all; the spray tab didn't even engage, at all. Product instructions were followed to the letter. Same day that I received and tested both cannisters, I detailed the situation to the vendor via Amazon, and let them know they could deal with the problem fairly, or I would place a very negative review on Amazon. Within a day, to their credit, the vendor responded. They refunded the full amount of the cost (and Amazon credited back my rewards points in full also). Since no returns are possible on this product (at this time, due to COVID-19?), they also gave me the option to purchase another twin-pack, but that, if I encountered problems, to contact them again, and that they would follow through immediately with a refund. I will not, however, purchase this item again, and will look for an alternative brand that is, I hope, more consistently reliable. That said, I very much appreciate the outstanding customer service given to me.

Fantastic! Cleaned out all the nooks and crannies. I had been using a silicone key cover to keep dust and crumbs out from under the keys--what a pain to type through! When the silicone cover got holes in it on the e and t keys, I took it off. The keyboard was awfully pretty. Like new! But I loved the way the keys worked without it. So I bought some of this stuff and I used it. I was shocked and deliighted at how well it worked (once I figured out how to point it). Love how clean the keyboard looks on my laptop and desktop, and a damp cloth keeps the screen and the rest of the machine looking good. Everyone with a computer should have some of this stuff. If you've ever tried to clean under a key and not been able to get the key to fit back on once you take it off the board, you'll appreciate this.

It's embarrassing that the plastic wrapper on the 2-pack of these cans says "proudly made in the USA" because there is nothing to be proud of here. As another reviewer noted, the plastic nozzle comes right off the can. When you stick it back on, it doesn't stay. The end result is having to use the spray with two hands, one holding the top on.I don't care if this is American-made or not. This is a poorly made product. Look elsewhere.
